We recently purchased a property in Hampton through Tredinnick & Bower. Sallyanne helped us so much through what was a very difficult process (with our solicitors going bust, offers on the sale of our own flat collapsing a few times and even opportunistic other local estate agents trying to turn our vendor’s head with bogus gazumping offers) and was very personable the whole time. In fact one of the things that set T&B apart from the other solicitors was the personal nature of the service and how much they knew and loved the area. Would recommend if we decided to move again.

I'm glad we ve decided to buy the house through Tredinnick and Bower. Sallyanne did excellent work selling the property to us, she coordinated solicitors and mortgage broker and sellers in such a way that we did not have to coordinate . She also identified potential delays early and because of that we were able to request changes in time for transaction to be completed . Sallyanne did great in all aspects and kept me updated and I would like to recommend her and Tredinnick and Bower  estate agent to everyone

I recently sold my flat in Hampton using Tredinnick & Bower as agents. From the initial valuation to final completion they were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. I have to add that I initially listed my property with another agent (due to a very low commission fee offered) but after they failed to generate much interest in my property after 2 months I swapped to Tredinnick & Bower, who managed to achieve a good sale price within a few weeks. So not all agents are the same and it is definitely worth going with a good one. I can 100% recommend Tredinnick & Bower for their professionalism, helpfulness and knowledge of the Hampton property market.

I'm a cynical fellow at the best of times and inclined to take most sales folk with a pinch of salt however Sally-Anne from T&D has made me reassess my preconception. The process of buying was not without its challenges but in all honesty I have never met an estate agent with the tenacity, professionalism and personable nature that Sally-Anne has. Of course she works for the vendor but she was adept at keeping me up to speed with what was happening, and was extremely proactive in her efforts at getting the job done. After 10 years of dealing with Tredinnick and Bower in a professional capacity as director of a property company, I can say without doubt that Tredinnick and Bower are a company that still holds the 'old fashioned virtues' of honesty, common sense, and hard-work above all others. The many house sales of ours have been a great success over the years, and a good price has been agreed in all cases. We feel they understand our wish to sell a good product for a fair price, and that is important to us. Their independence is their strength, and the buck famously stops with Mr. Bower, and his high standards - The consummate gentleman, who will always make himself available. I can't imagine anyone being unhappy with the service that Tredinnick and Bower give. If it wasn't up to scratch, I feel we would not return to the unique service time and again. Business as it should be done.

I can without hesitation highly recommend Tredinnick & Bower agents. I bought a house through them in July 2019 and was happily surprised by how professional and smooth the experience was! I’ve bought/sold through other agents with whom I had decent interactions but this was unquestionably the best service; nice people/no games/good communication. Just preceding, I had an appalling experience with a large chain agent in Twickenham in which I was flagrantly gazumped quite some time after having an offer accepted. Sharks - Sadly Tredinnick & Bower engage in the worst practices that this industry is famous for. They encouraged a buyer to guzump us on a house we had purchased costing us money and losing us a buyer. Only in the UK is this practice still allowed and it is a stain on the whole industry. Fortunately this practice is soon to be outlawed in English law but if estate agents had any sense they would have self-legislated against it years ago.
