A superb experience using Tredinnick and Bower estate agents. Sallyanne was instrumental in aiding a smooth process of the purchase of my new home, I couldn’t have done it without her help and professionalism. In addition to this, there was such a personal friendly service from the entire team who created a very welcoming environment for me moving to this new area. I highly recommend Sallyanne and the team, it’s not easy to find good agents but Sallyanne went above and beyond and Tredinnick and Bower are unique in the quality of service they offer. I look forward to bumping into the team whilst I’m out and about enjoying this lovely new area!

I don't think you could have more knowledge of the area, and if it's honesty you're looking for (who isn't?!) you will not be disappointed. This year has not been an easy one for selling houses but I'm pleased to report it hasn't stopped them; their enthusiasm hasn't waned for one second and their attention to detail has been superb. I was given misleading information regarding the existing tenancy situation which led to me wasting over £800 in survey and solicitors fees. There was no attempt to keep me informed, their communication with both myself, my solicitor and the seller's solicitor was non-existent and when I was finally forced to pull out of the sale I received nothing more than a confirmation email and letter - the first time they had communicated with me in five weeks.
