GoogleHaving delt with the lettings team in Lymington for over a year now, I can honestly say they are some of the friendliest, most professional and efficient people I've come cross. A pleasure to deal with and a credit to John D Wood, I would recommend to anyone.

GoogleJohn D. Wood Lettings. Always very professional with that extra personal touch so often required when selecting the right tenant. Rental contracts can often appear daunting but Kat, Bonnie and Alex always on hand and only to happy to clarify. They've made it simple - Marvellous!

Yet another letting agent that view tenants as being a lower class in society. If you want to be treated with respect and have maintenance issues and contract negotiations handled professionally I would try someone else

TrustpilotTerrible experience
Terrible experience - arrogant, dishonest and just awful estate agents. They give the industry a bad name. I would go out of my way to avoid dealing with them in the future.

GoogleI have found JD Wood to be friendly and professional in assisting me to find a rental property; I have been dealing with Kat Mitchell, who seems to be well-informed of the local market and keen to find us something suitable.

TrustpilotAbysmal service
Abysmal service. Lack of professionalism. Was promised the earth and then told to reduce my property price constantly to get a quick sale. Cowboy outfit posing as class Estate agents.
