This was my first experience with Gascoigne-Pees and it was exceptional. I contacted several estate agents when selling our rental property and selected G-Pees based on the conversation that I had with their team member, Martina. Martina was professional, knowledgeable and so enthusiastic! The whole team in the Basingstoke branch are so helpful. They gave me excellent advice and worked tirelessly to find a suitable buyer. I was surprised at the amount of help they gave us to keep the sale on track by phoning the buyer and their solicitor to chase things up. They also coordinated with me and my solicitor to keep us updated. I would definitely recommend G-Pees.

A great experience with gascoigne pees. I first contacted them to view a property unfortunately the property had sold that weekend but Martina emailed me and asked what we were looking for. I was quite specific on our location, property type and additional features. A few weeks later Martina rang me out the blue advising that they had a property due to come on the market that fit our requirements. She sent over pictures when she could and booked us in for a viewing. We LOVED the property and it had everything we wanted. Martina was amazing with communication always calling me when I had emailed. So friendly and happy she was a pleasure to deal with. She made buying the property stress free and we are now settled in our new home and so happy. If Martina hadn't kept my details and contacted me i think we may have lost out on this house as it was so popular. Her thoughtfulness has made our family so happy! We would definitely use them again.

Danell was the agent who showed us the property and continued with us throughout the entire process, she was extremely kind and helpful with all of our novice questions, she replied promptly to any of our enquiries. Incredible Staff!

Myself and my partner are first time buyers looking for our first property. This is been such an exciting process, and the lovely Mia from Redhill's Gascoigne-Pees has made it even more wonderful. From the moment I first called in to book viewings, her sparkling friendly personality has shone through and she shared in our excitement to be looking for our dream home. Obviously it is quite a big decision and a large commitment, so we are so appreciative of the time Mia took to get to know what we wanted, what we were avoiding and what about the properties we picked that made us choose them. That meant that she was able to suggest some others that we hadn't come across, in the same area, for the same price range and with the same general feel as the others. This meant that our top 3 properties are now all ones held with GP! This has been great, since we know that whatever property we end up going with, we're going to have Mia's fantastic support behind us. Maidenhead branch: Weirdest state agent interaction I’ve ever had

Was already feeling an odd vibe from the agents - they sounded annoyed or something. Put an offer in a house less than 6% off the original price. They told me the owners didn’t accept it - fair enough. Called them and asked for a second viewing to potentially offer more. They booked me in for the following week. One day after that, the agents call me to cancel the viewing because “the owner didn’t want us in his house again” because our offer was “too low” and “it threw them off”. Even if the owner genuinely felt that way, the agent could simply have said the seller had decided not to proceed with further viewings. Telling me that our offer “threw them off” and that the owner “didn’t want us in his house again” is unnecessarily blunt and, frankly, rather unprofessional. I’ve never seen anything like this is my life before. Feels like we dodged a bullet though. If they treated us like this at this point, I can only imagine the sort of troubles we would have if we actually did business with them.

Harassment, Alarm & Distress Caused - Spamming Cowboys

I went through Get Agent which was my first big mistake… they gave my details to Gascoigne Pees who called me within minutes. I explained that I wasn’t looking at a valuation or selling my house for at least 3-6 months and to ‘stand down’… I’ve been called every day or every other day since, and when I don’t answer the phone, they don’t leave a message and when you call back it doesn’t go through to the branch only to the head office. I asked my details to be removed from their system but I’ve still had daily calls from them, even when on the phone to their head office to make a complaint, I was called again by their branch. I have since had 4 spam calls from other estate agents with details sent to GetAgent with my phone number and a fake email address that Get Agent are tracing using the IP address from the fake email due to a breaking of GDPR rules. Yet to be proven but seems a coincidence that after having an argument with someone at Gascoigne Pees about harassment and spam calls from them, that my details have been sent out to estate agents in Coventry, Stoke-On-Trent, Nottingham and Leeds… Would never sell my house through GP and trust them with any personal details..
