Recently sold our property with Gascoigne- Pees. Throughout the whole process they were very helpful from first meeting with Jim who came to view our property, then Martina who held some of the viewings. They were always very friendly and helpful when contacted and gave good advice. Nic was always especially helpful and always tried his best to give us information regarding the progression of our sale, talking with the other agents and solicitors involved and he would always keep us up to date and well informed. Would highly recommend this company.

The whole team at GP were fantastic from start to finish when selling my Nans house. Recently had a great lettings experience from start to finish with Gascgoine Pees - from the outset our lettings agent Joe Rugg was extremely responsive, ensuring we were kept up to date regularly where as in the past we’ve had agents who done anything but. Warning - avoid this company at all costs!!

Tom is extremely unprofessional and dishonest. We accepted an offer back in May from a buyer on the basis that the buyer was a cash purchaser. We were then told in July that this was not the case and he was applying for a mortgage. Only when we were ready to exchange and complete in August the buyers solicitors informed us that the buyer had a related transfer of equity, unbelievable. We were told it could take up to 6 months to sort out. We were very disappointed about being kept in the dark about this so late in the transaction. Had we been privy to this we would not have accepted the offer in the first place.

no issues until moving out when they tried to charge the whole deposit amount for cleaning and redecoration even though the house was cleaned including carpet cleaning and trying to charge £1400 for scuff marks on walls! would definitely avoid! also tried to charge for the same thing twice(7 times!) and one for something that was clearly in the check in report!
