GoogleOver last 18 years of living in UK I’ve rented different properties managed by different agencies. GoogleI don’t normally write reviews but I had to with this company. They are very professional and also very genuine. Trying to find a good agent is very hard, but these guys made our renting experience so smooth. I want to thank Tracy who is just lovely and also Pete who trusted in us. GoogleWhen choosing a letting agent for my father's bungalow one of my criteria was that the agent should solely do lettings, not sales and lettings, where sometimes conflicts of interest can arise. I was recommended to Crown House and I have not been disappointed. They take the stress out of managing the bungalow and have many useful trade contacts. They are quick to deal with issues and I have never had cause to complain. I have not hesitation in recommending Crown House.

GoogleCrown House Lettings have been managing our rental agreement for a number of years now. They have always been quick to follow up on our questions and concerns and were recently very friendly, professional and quick to respond to our emails when we needed to make some changes to our tenancy agreement. Highly recommended.

GoogleWe found a property on right move and the day after enquiring, crown house lettings phoned us straight back. They were hands down the best letting agents we have ever dealt with in 14 years of renting. Great service, very fast and efficient in sorting out paper work and getting us into the property, every issue reported was dealt with immediately and we couldn't ask for a better letting agents. Everything was perfect from start to finish.

Each team member I spoke to were friendly and understanding the challenges of securing a rental from abroad.
