GoogleCrown House have been fantastic in the years that I've now been using them. Any issues are dealt with professionally and with a personal touch missing from many high street agents. I can't recommend them enough.

FacebookMandy and her team at Crown have managed a property for us for 3 years now. They really do look after every aspect, they are efficient and informative, we would not hesitate to recommend Crown Lettings to other Landlords.

FacebookTold them we had bad credit and would like to use a guarantor to which they replied would be no problem, then they charged us £200 to do a reference check only to come back and tell us that they cannot help because of bad credit!! These estate agents make their own rules 🤬

The money was returned in full minus the two references that were charged by the reference company to carry out your checks, which you were made fully aware of at the time.

GoogleAverage for coffee or dates, but pretty solid for any estate agent needs. Took my date here and although the staff were really polite, offering us a choice of several different hot drinks (which were free, making the date very economical!) my date got a bit bored because there wasn't much to do. Also I think she was a bit worried because she said first dates aren't really the appropriate time to be discussing buying a house together. Please like if you found this review helpful!

GoogleI have nothing but praise for the service I have received at Crown House Lettings. Mandy and Zoe have been so helpful in finding me the right tenant for my rental property and I feel that my property is in safe hands whist its is being let out. They were always there when I had questions to ask as I was rather nervous as I have not let out my property before. I would recommend Crown House to any landlords looking for a professional and knowledgeable agent.
