GoogleFantastic service from start to finish! We had our flat on the market for a year with another agent with no interest. Thought our flat was unsellable, and was considering dropping the price. It went up for sale on boxing day and Jordan assured me that they would try their best for me without dropping the price, and they sold it to the first person who viewed it! Shoutout to Pepe and Nikki who kept me informed at every stage, and they were a joy to work with. Couldn't recommend them more.

GoogleWe were very happy with the way Connells and in particular Nicky dealt with the whole, stressful move situation. From the first interview with realistic pricing, through all the ups and downs Connells were brilliant. We didn't have to be there and show anyone around, they are proper estate agents and we went out so people could look and Connells looked after the house. We had an offer quite quickly and Connells have had the rest of the chain to deal with. We've had daily phone calls throughout the most stressful parts and as I kept apologising to her Nicky said don't worry Viv, we understand house moving is stressful. So I would say: please don't be discouraged when you move IT IS one of the most stressful things to do short of dying. If you want someone to hold your hand through it and do their best, then I highly recommend Connells. Just to put this into perspective for you I have bought and sold now 9 times from my first property to an inheritance and actually think Connells is one of the best I have encountered.

We had to chase them for everything and they still couldn't be bothered to sort it out. Please also do not use the lawyers they recommend they are even worse. Stay away!!!
