GoogleWe bought our house through S&P and then subsequently rented it (with full property management) through them over the duration of five years. From start to finish, they delivered an exceptional service, particularly on the management side providing us with multiple comparison quotes for works that needed to be carried out, prompt and forewarning on any external / third party deadlines and payments, and total handling of all house-related 'life admin'. I slightly feel like I've lost my very own PA now! During the rental process, we were kept up to date (in real time) on all viewings and feedback and received several offers within weeks of it being on the market. Thank you for everything. If I could have you manage the home I live in, I would!
