I love having soho house as a go to place - great interior, comfortable seating, relaxed atmosphere and good vibes. Best thing - the dressing rooms at soho beach house in Miami, amazing experience. Things I would wish got improved: food and lower volume on the music playing. Overall though this is a great place with awesome feel.

When you start believing your own hype - especially when it's completely unjustified, the facade will slowly, but surely diminish.As for the so-called "Head of Subscriptions" Brian - how he was ever put in the exalted position to speak to fee-paying members, is one of the universe's greatest mysteries.

Total lack of communication. Got approved for friends membership after 9 months of waiting, automatically took my money, I tried to cancel immediate but no one answering contact form or phones. Is anyone working ?? Or is the 14 day grace period not an option for you ? And let’s just stay quiet and refuse the refund?

Can't overstate the value of having a membership.Facilities, service, the overall experience is second to none. I've been able to take advantage of their hospitality on multiple trips in the UK and Europe. And whether it be for work or social commitments it's always been a pleasure.
