They respond to queries from my tenants and from my promptly and always provide detailed information about any issue. Have been working with Giles Grainger on my rental property. Had plumbing issues for over a year and due to the multiple change of property managers, the issue fell into a blackhole and cost me money!! This all changed when Giles took over. He had laser focus on the issue, prioritised the matter and got the problem fixed. This is what you need from a property manager - THANK YOU Giles.

We have had many maintenance issues, due to other flats in the building. Dealing with the Building Management and Insurance Company was a slow and frustrating process.
