I was frustrated about a problem with a broken boiler in the flat M&P let for us and she was very professional and got on it straight away. She is by far the best one, very professional and courteous and friendly and always replies on time and always is there to lend a hand when I need help with something. Abysmal service

Abysmal service. Took them 2 years to do the first inspection despite continuous chasing. The contractors they use for any work (MasterFix - google them) are terrible, expensive and also pretty useless. Theyve made the whole property rental process miserable and I cant wait to be done with them.To make it even worse, instead of addressing the issues and trying to fix it, they reported my original review for containing the name of the property manager who is beyond useless.
