Letting team very good in some ways

Letting team very good in some ways, but very sparse with detail in areas that really matter...commercial terms are clear in T'S and C's but the impact of them is significant and not advised up front ( 30 Months commission taken from a 3 year contract with a year upfront payment, rather than taking 12 months) - I find this disgusting, and disguised. From the minute the tenancy started, the support and communication from before diminished, seniors were involved with no prior briefing and harsh and dismissive correspondence. The outgoing tenant, the LL, the incoming tenant and property manage all equally unhappy, no matter who owed or who was owning - KF were deemed to be the common enemy....

Knight Frank THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

AVOID AT ALL COST. If we had an option of 0 star or - something that would have been more accurate. If you don’t want to be out of your pocket pulling your hear out in stress and anxiety caused by the Knight Frank stay away from them, especially the Belgravia office! The worst experience ever!! Went with them thinking they will be professional, though they made me upset and cry from the start! They gave us the tenant that didn’t pay the rent, had ruined the apartment, would not leave after notices were given and served and KFrank team haven’t lifted a finger or a phone to help!. What’s more have avoided our calls on most occasions! Their so called “professionalism” that I hoped for and have decided to go ahead with them went as far as to check the landlord asking what they even should not, but did nothing on the foreign tenant! When we managed to get the “tenant “ out after the 5 months battle Knight Frank in its already established fashion now refused to release the deposit to the landlord, though the apartment was trashed and the landlord was left around £40k out of pocket in unpaid rent and legal fees and the tenant confirmed not once, but a few times writing to us that he agrees for the landlord to keep the deposit! When we finally managed to get the deposit released Knight Frank pocketed it! Simply unbelievable !!! Aside moral and ethical considerations, Are they even legally allowed to touch the deposit!?! Isn’t that betwedn the landlord and tenant only!!??! Plus they took their fees at the front! After all, as we all know, they are in charge of the client account and did not release the first rent money without pocketing their part first!!! Ok But the deposit?? And after everything above said! All they care is to pocket your money no matter how or where and when! How you get on, is not their concern at all! Just stay away and save yourself a headache to say at least.
