GoogleMegan has been so helpful with assisting me in finding a flat on a very short timescale. Not only did she present herself in a professional and friendly manner, she was very accommodating to advising me in more suited locations. She also took the time to show me the area, recommending the most sort-out places to go.

GoogleAbrahim at KFH Fulham was the first agent we came across who took the time to get to know exactly what we were looking for. Subsequently he found us an amazing flat the very same day! The rest of the team at KFH also assisted with a very swift at easy move, many thanks to all!

GoogleThe team at KFH were fantastic in assisting us with searching for our new property. Once we had found it Damien Jeffries was a fantastic help in securing the purchase, he was constantly on call to assist and at hand to help in any matter required. We can't thank him and the team at KFH enough.

TrustpilotContract only ready a few days before move in
I am a renter. I expected a contract to be ready at least a couple weeks before my stated move in date so that I could inspect the terms and feel comfortable. With a couple weeks to go, I hadn't seen a contract yet and became increasingly nervous. I called a few times during the second week before and then everyday in the last week to move in. Each time, the agent would say, "oh don't worry, it's almost ready, I'll send it over by the end of the day". I ended up only seeing the contract for the first time 3 business days before move in. The agent pressured me to make payment for the first 6-month rental payment over the phone as he insisted that a bank transfer wouldn't make it in time before move in. I said I didn't feel comfortable with the arrangement and insisted on a bank transfer, to which he responded that I would then probably only be able to move in a day after the contracted move in date when KFH received the funds. I ended up losing a day's worth of rent due to the delay. It's not a terrible financial outcome, I have had a good experience with the landlord ever since and enjoy the property. However, the lack of professionalism and care shown by the agents at KFH was appalling.

GoogleWe bought our house with KFH acting as agents. They were professional, responsive and extremely helpful throughout. Even during the lockdown, they maintained communication and kept us up to date with everything. Both Damien and Amy were fantastic and I'd highly recommend them and the company in general.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

TrustpilotGreat experience with Emmanuel
We had a wonderful experience with Emmanuel (Southgate branch). He made sure he kept us up to date on progress and made the process as seamless as possible. Initial house we wanted fell through, he made sure he understood what I was looking for and next house he took us too ticked the box.

Worst property management I have ever truly come across. Nothing ever gets done and there is no communication. These are not just little handyman jobs that have been left, a major security issue and a leak into my bedroom which have both been outstanding for nearly a year. Our Landlord has paid KFH so much money to fix things however KFH’s judgements have been wrong. If you’re a landlord and you are reading this - do not let KFH manage your property. They just take all your money and do absolutely nothing.

TrustpilotExcellent and seamless process.
Excellent seamless process. Spoke to our family mortgage advisor, who actually recommended we go with KFH as they are so well-reputed and often have access to exclusive mortgage offers with certain banks that general brokers can't offer. Everyone we dealt with was kind, helpful, communicative and supportive. We will use them again when the time comes. Helped us to re-apply for our mortgage when interest rates on it dipped, saving us a lot of money and taking on the admin on our behalf. Will miss our calls with Dominic and emails from Heather!

TrustpilotWe recently sold and purchased houses…
We recently sold and purchased houses through KFH Muswell Hill branch and whilst we rarely write reviews we received such excellent service that we wanted to share that here. We were most impressed with Elysia Charalambous who was our point of contact though-out the process. As is often the case in buying and selling property, there are many bumps in the road and we definitely encountered our share, but each difficult situation was dealt with by Elysia with the utmost professionalism, she is clearly very experienced in handling all aspects of the process (from extremely tricky buyers to moving everything along at fast pace when needed). We felt well informed throughout and were also very happy with the financial advice given by Sawan at KFH who arranged our mortgage for us. Having had unpleasant experiences with estate agents in previous transactions, we are so pleased that we decided to go with KFH.

TrustpilotDisappointed Landlord: KFH need to get there Agreements in order
I invited KFH to market my 1 bed flat; at this stage KFH were pro active and overall it was a positive experience. KFH were very good at finding a number of potential tenants (but in the current climate it shouldn't be difficult). I had asked for a copy of the KFH Tenancy Agreement before placing the property with KFH which was not forthcoming until a tenant had been found and was imminently about to move in. KFH were not prepared to amend the Tenancy Agreement despite it being impossible for me as the landlord to comply with it, specifically I had paid KFH to prepare the inventory, the Agreement required the inventory to exist and be agreed by me prior to the Tenant moving in, however KFH was only prepared to produce the inventory when the Tenant moved in. I was verbally advised I would have 7 days to query any discrepancies although the 60 odd page Agreement only provides for the Tenant to have that right to challenge. I did raise a query and despite reminders have heard nothing back. Furthermore, the Agreement states that I have to pay KFH's commission up front, whereas in fact they deduct the fees from the rental payments. KFH wouldn't amend the Agreement to reflect this, so again the contract I had to sign does not reflect the actual position. I expected more from KFH.

TrustpilotAbsolute joke of an estate agents
Absolute joke of an estate agents. Queen’s Park office. Seemingly really nice guys until you get the sale then lie through their teeth with threats and outbursts! Exhausting experience. When I waited to instruct my solicitor, until I had my mortgage through, I was harassed with phone calls from different numbers and shouted at with extremely emotional ranting by the man who I had agreed the sale with, he could not control himself and treated me like I was a complete idiot saying I had no idea how it all worked as a first time buyer and he knew how it all went and I should do as he advised! I should have pulled out then and there as clearly he is emotionally stunted. When he finished his patronising rant, I calmly told him I was not a first time buyer and it turned out the solicitor wasn’t even on the mortgage panel, so thank god I didn't listen to the buffoon. I then jumped through many hoops to get my mortgage through whilst the vendor was extremely patient and understanding (so I thought) and the morning it all came through, they asked me how it was all going, I happily told them we were ready to go! Despite the fact that we had agreed they would take the flat off the market upon my offer being accepted, they told me the same day that my mortgage had gone through that they had agreed a sale with a higher offer! In the same email thread asking how my mortgage was going and finding out it was all ready to go. Literal cowboys. Do not recommend, really rude and untrustworthy. A total waste of time.

TrustpilotHigh-street agents aren't worth the cost these days
Wouldn't recommend. We opted for a high-street agent approach, with the hope of the added benefit of their outreach ability, and negotiation expertise. The initial valuation was completely unrealistic for the area we were marketing our property, having to take a significant cut in expectations. We ended up taking over a lot of negotiation with the buyers, as KFH were unable to manage this effectively - not ideal when you're paying 10x more in fees compared to an online estate agent. Because KFH failed to mention conditions of offer at the point of us accepting the offer, we ended up having to concede on ~£2,000 worth of furniture with the sale. The staff were pleasant, but I don't think I'd go for a high-street agent again after this experience.

TrustpilotDelighted with the service and property we found!
Found a fantastic property with the help of fabulous Charlie! Nothing but positivity to write about our experience, Charlie understood exactly what we were after, he was super friendly and informative and helped us so much with our property search. Questions he couldn’t immediately answer came back quickly with very thorough answers, he was happy to research areas and developments we wanted more information on. The service felt very personal and professional. One of the best estate agents I’ve dealt with. He will come highly recommended by me!

TrustpilotKFH mortgage broker
I did not purchase a property through kfh (I purchased a property in new Malden via groves), but I used a mortgage consultant/broker (Diego Leao Guerra) from that company. The service this broker provided was excellent. Extremely responsive and proactive, he was able to very efficiently and effectively find reasonable product with NO FEE from my side. I would highly recommend anyone considering purchasing a property to seek the above broker for his services.

TrustpilotAvoid KFH - bullies and liars
I and my partner bought our first flat via KFH and had a really horrible experience with them.Credit where credit is due, when we were initially viewing properties the agent (Ashley Nelson) seemed to listen to us well and adapted future viewings in line with what we were looking for. For this reason I'm happy to give KFH 1 star instead of 0.After putting in our offer on the flat, however, our experience went severely downhill. When we needed documents from KFH they were either slow to respond (taking nearly 2 weeks to confirm receipt of our ID documents that we literally dropped off in their branch) or did not respond at all (they never provided a copy of the lease agreement for the flat or clarified the details required for employment references they demanded from us). They became rude and pushy over the phone. They were exceptionally rude to our solicitor, making hypocritical demands for updates on requests only sent less than 48 hours prior. Ashley and his manager (Anthony Finn) would regularly cold-call us to make increasingly aggressive demands. They would send rude and aggressive emails to us, sometimes inadvertently forwarding us long chains of emails leading to us obtaining the direct contact details of our seller's solicitor (which I don't think is supposed to happen). They simultaneously claimed our solicitor was impossible to contact, while also making little to no effort to actually contact them (such as not leaving voicemails so our solicitor could not follow-up with them). The worst offenses, however, were that both Ashley and Anthony lied directly to us in order to pressure us. On two separate occasions we were told by KFH that our seller was on the brink of terminating the sale which caused us a lot of stress, especially since our solicitor hadn't indicated anything of the sort to us. Eventually we reached out to the seller directly (cutting out KFH) to get the story straight - we discovered KFH had indeed been lying to us (and the seller was furious). As a cherry on top, before completing on the sale KFH made absolutely no effort to arrange exchange of keys between us and the seller, and so our seller had to go out of their way to organise it instead.Avoid KFH like the plague, our experience with them has demonstrated them to be incompetent at best and bullying at worst. Their contributions to facilitating the sale (beyond organising flat viewings) did nothing but make the entire experience more stressful and unpleasant than it should have been.

TrustpilotI agree with earlier posts
I agree with earlier posts. If your a tenant with KFH managing the let, then be prepared for total neglect. My husband and I have had to deal with ten different letting managers all of whom left over a four years period. Consequently vital records and inspection documents can’t be found. This speaks to the company’s letting incompetence.Glowing reviews from house sellers. Lots of money there. The attitude to tenants is frankly brutal. I myself have had to arrange and carry out and supervise repairs to the roof, kitchen floor windows and stair carpets. The contractor KFH employs told me the policy is “if you can’t see it, don’t fix it “ The staff are trained to push any blame or responsibility on to the tenant who has no come back and is likely to have their deposit withheld . Shame on you.
