What a great sales team at the Acton branch of KFH. I had to sell up at a tricky time - thanks for the mortgage meltdown Liz and Kwazi - and the sales guys performed with aplomb. They were upbeat, determined and full of good sense in their sales strategy. Five stars well-deserved!

KFH were efficent in setting up the offer for sale but after the second viewer had made an acceptable offer they appeared to be doing very little as negotiations dragged on. It is hard to say what more they could actually have done, but a general impression of more proactive support would have been welcome.

Avoid using KFH Kennington lettings department - they are awful and unprofessional - they have cost me alot of money due to bad communication as a landlord ( my new tenants struggles to get information also ) so all round awful - there is a lot of choice out there - don’t be duped into using these terrible people

GoogleAfter much searching and disappointment, Peter finally found a house for me and my friends. We are all students from Sweden so the process has been extreme with garantours and everything in between. And with that, many other agent systems have said different things about what you can and cannot do and what the process will look like, etc. However, Peter and Meghan did a superb job and have been clear and quick in their communication. Super grateful for all their help and would definitely go to them again.

Before we arrived, I was in touch with Monique at the South Kensington branch. We ultimately worked with a lot of letting agents during the course of the search, but Monique stuck with us through our evolving and increasingly picky requirements, and ultimately helped us to find exactly what we were looking for in the Fulham area. Meaghan, in the Fulham branch, was our lettings administrator. She has consistently provided prompt and clear responses to our many questions and concerns and has provided high quality customer service. We're thrilled to be moving into our new home very soon!
