KFH Putney dealt with the sale of my house. They were fantastic. Sally the manager runs a great team, Hannah that dealt with my sale was amazing. The whole team saw my house, they brought people to view that were appropriate buyers, so didn’t waste anyone’s time. When an offer was made they followed through and made everything as easy as possible. I was kept informed at every step. And it all ended with a sale. I highly recommend them.

I deeply regret choosing this company as surveyors for the property I was buying, especially since they were also the ones selling it. How naive I was to trust their assurances that the departments were independent and there was no conflict of interest!Their survey report painted a rosy picture of the property, claiming everything was fine. For every potential issue, they conveniently added vague recommendations to get a 'professional check', a perfect way to avoid accountability.Now, I’m facing the harsh reality: a freezing winter in a house with broken, draughty, or condensation-filled windows. The quotes to replace them exceed £10,000. How could such significant issues have been overlooked in their report?This company’s practices are shameful. They mislead buyers into thinking they act in their best interests, but clearly, their priority lies elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone.

Totally overvalued property. £650000. We eventually sold for £535000 8 months later having dropped the price several times.Showed lots of indivuals round but never told them it needed a fair amount of work. Waste of their time and agents time.Told us we were signing a 4 month contract but then made us give them a further month.We found them to be totally unprofessional. We have sold 8 properties before this one they were by far the worse.Would definitely not recommend.

FacebookDon’t waste your time and money with this agency ! Their stuff are so rude that they dare to decide what is safe for your children ! They don’t even pick up their phone or answer to any enquiries on email when it comes to a problem ! Not mentioning they are holding a deposit with the zero deposit , that they are obviously not entitled to do it ! This is the worst letting agency that you can ever sign with ! Rude stuff , not properly trained and inhuman approach!!! DON’T SIGN WITH THEM !!

As a first time buyer everything about mortgages was confusing. Sawan not only went out of his way to find me the best deal, he consistently treated me with respect and understanding as I navigated this complicated topic. He proactively looked for the best deals, and when he found one (even up to the week of exchange) he told me and we switched to the better deal. Sawan answered the phone whenever I called and never stopped being totally professional and decent. I’ve already recommended him to several friends and will continue to do so

Despite repeated complaints, KFH has failed to address critical issues, including ongoing roof leaks, misallocation of service charge funds, and persistent failures in communication and resolution.Key Issues:Ignored CAPEX RecommendationsIn 2020, a CAPEX report outlined urgent roof repairs. Instead of taking swift action, KFH delayed implementation for over four years. Their justification, arrears due to unpaid service charges, is unacceptable, as no meaningful efforts were made to recover these charges or inform leaseholders about the impact on essential worksFailure to Act on ComplaintsMultiple reports of leaks were ignored over several years. KFH consistently opted for ineffective temporary repairs, wasting funds and exacerbating the damage. Professional advice recommending a full roof refurbishment was disregardedQuestionable Financial PracticesService charge contributions for the reserve fund inexplicably fluctuated, quadrupling in one year without clear justification. He quickly understood exactly what we were looking for and found us our ideal flat in no time. The reference/vetting process was straightforward, and Abrahim kept in close contact throughout, keeping us reassured. Abrahim and KFH have been the best estate agents we have used in the Fulham area so far, and would be our first port of call in future!

GoogleMy son and his friends recently (June 2019) got a flat rented through Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward. There were some twists and turns during the process as the landlord initially had a different opinion about whom to give the tenancy agreement. Anyway, as parents had to be guarantors, I was also involved in this business. The agent concerned, Peter Kasicki, had been very helpful in the whole process, talking to me on the phone until I understood all the fine details I needed to take note of. Peter was so experienced, dependable and reliable that the boys could always seek his prompt advice and help in the entire process. I have been so glad that my son and his friends could finally move in the flat with everything sorted out smoothly with Peter's professional help throughout.

The Fulham Branch with manager Alistair were great in every way. I was keep well informed. The sale was a difficult one- probate sale. Plus I had serious health issues along the way. They were helpful, considerate and put themselves out to help me. Nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this branch very highly.

We started renting with KFH last year and since then they have been nothing but unhelpful. I don’t know if it’s because we were immigrants and new to the renting industry but they forgot to mention lots of issues with the flat and that the landlord managed the property. The landlord not once helped us, the main door didn’t lock and he didn’t understand the issue, mold in the bathroom, broken domestic electrics that were never fixed etc. The fact that they accept these type of landlords tells you a lot. Furthermore, he hasn’t given us back our security deposit and the agency has done nothing to help us. When they started the flat views to rent it again they were unprofessional and impatient. I was working from home once, I had told the agent this information which she decided to ignore to then proceed to buzz again and again without an apology or thanks. Be careful with them.
