GoogleSarah at KFH has just managed a sale for us in Barons Court and made the process as smooth for us possible. I was recommended her and KFH from a neighbour/friend and would be very happy to recommend in turn. KFH gave us considered advice throughout and took the pressure away from us as the seller.

It’s been hell dealing with the agency by the end of tenancy. They are not really tenant friendly. They side more with the landlords, and if you get a bad none responsive landlord you just have to deal with it. They are thief of your money and trust

Working for landlords not tenants. Extremely pushy, got us to make unnecessary compromises for the landlord wherever possible, encourage rent bidding, rushed us into handing over money, resistant to making repairs to the house before moving in.Our agent was Francesca Ottley. Would never work with her again.

These guys are bullies…. They are trying to extract money from an honest tenant to cover the costs they incurred due to internal mistakes. They just keep increasing the amount demanded without adequately answering simple enquiries…very unfair

Maintained momentum and energy in pushing a sale through over a particularly long process (6 months) with multiple hiccups. Agent leading it (Lucy) was great and always helpful. I think without KfH's efforts the sale would have likely fallen through.
