Nick Reeves as our estate agent has been great, he took on board our needs/what we were looking for and found our perfectly property incredibly quickly. Lucas Matta has also been great as our Mortgage Consultant. We're first time buyers and he's been incredibly helpful and thorough, finding us the best rate available. Really good experience so far.

The entire sales team at KFH Northcote are fantastic, by far the best agents I've interacted with in the area. Listed and sold my property within a week. And super mindful of timings when bringing potential buyers around given we have a young baby. We had the pleasure of dealing with Joe and couldn't recommend him highly enough.

KFH were efficent in setting up the offer for sale but after the second viewer had made an acceptable offer they appeared to be doing very little as negotiations dragged on. It is hard to say what more they could actually have done, but a general impression of more proactive support would have been welcome.

Avoid using KFH Kennington lettings department - they are awful and unprofessional - they have cost me alot of money due to bad communication as a landlord ( my new tenants struggles to get information also ) so all round awful - there is a lot of choice out there - don’t be duped into using these terrible people

KFH were quick to put my flat back on the rental market when the sale of my flat fell through. Within a day had successfully found a tenant and the process went through quickly and thoroughly and tenant moved in within 3 weeks. Extremely pleased with the outcome.

GoogleRead this review of KFH. We have just exchanged! We are delighted. It was difficult because of the state of the market and the complexity of the chain. But the team at KFH, ably led by Daisy Hill, had the energy, experience and professionalism to make the sale. Here's why: - the marketing was imaginative and constantly refreshed, - visits by potential buyers were carefully planned to minimise disruption, - we were kept up to date on an almost daily basis - most important of all we were supported and encouraged through what was quite a stressful time. Engaging KFH was the right choice. Thanks team. Job done.

GoogleI have been seriously impressed by the service I have received from KFH from start to finish. They have flown the process through from offer accepted to completion in under 8 weeks. Rebecca especially has a very bright career ahead of her, showing great professionalism and care which was exactly what I needed as a first time buyer. Working within the industry myself, I am acutely aware of the challenges Estate Agents face in order to keep all parties happy and they made it look easy. I can safely say that when I come to sell, I'll look no further than the KFH Brook Green branch.

The renewals team at KFH appear to get worse and worse each time we renew the tenancy. All whilst they continue to be happy to charge large amounts of money for the poor service. Understand there are better / cheaper options online now for which we will use in the future.
