GoogleWe have to say the level of service at this estate agent is above and beyond anything we have experienced before, absolute 10/10! The most helpful staff going, James helped us with everything we were concerned about from start to finish ensuring we were happy all the way through. Best of all we were struggling to get all our belongings to the top floor so James offered to meet us out of office hours to load all of ur things up the stairs to the 3rd floor. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone!

GoogleI am editing my review after many horrible experiences with their Management Company and after living in the flat for 5 months. The management side of the business is completely incompetent and unhelpful. This results in frustrated tenants and landlords receiving bad value for money. I would caution renting a flat that is managed by this firm. Original Post: We had a very positive experience working with John D Wood Lettings from start to finish. Our agent, James Mooney, was especially patient with us, ensuring we were able to negotiate dates, times and changes we requested and being highly personable throughout. I would highly recommend him.

no deposit back after 10 weeksI rented from John D Wood for 2 years. They were unbelievably incompetent and non-responsive for the entire tenure. now I have to ring them every week to try to get my deposit back.

GoogleTop service from Shay and Antony who are easily the friendliest and most efficient agents I've come across. Great service from the initial viewing all the way to the point of me collecting the keys - and even afterwards! A small admin problem from my local council created a bit of a difficulty during the offer process... they both went out of their way to help resolve it on my behalf, and even kept the landlord engaged while it was all being resolved. All in all they're two really top lads and I'll be really keen on using them again.. Thanks guys!

GoogleWe have several properties let though Faron Sutaria Fulham and have been extremely impressed by Toby and the rest of the team. It’s refreshing to deal with agents who are honest, offer good advice and most importantly provide an excellent service. They provide excellent updates during marketing and are quick to recommend any necessary improvements to ensure the right tenant is secured quickly. We have had no issues with the tenants they have provided and will definitely be using them again in the future.

GoogleMy wife and I found FS to be excellent to deal with. Each person we interacted with operated with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy, in particular our main contact Angus Baker Baker. We were in a chain to purchase a house listed by FS, and the timeline was set to an aggressive one month between offer and completion. When there was a problem down the chain, FS were able to help us managed the relationship with the vendor and complete the purchase on time nonetheless. Never once did we as buyers feel like FS had overlooked or mishandled any detail, which gave us a lot of comfort on the purchase. Genuinely, they were a pleasure to deal with, and if we sell or let in the future we'd certainly consider FS as a reliable agent.

GoogleI was very impressed with Faron Sutaria Lettings. After weeks of searching, numerous visits and interminable phone calls, my friend and I decided to randomly walk to the nearest estate agent office we could find and try our luck. And lucky we were, it took barely 20 minutes before the office found us 3 beautiful flats, all of which met our needs! Not only this but they managed to get us in contact with the owner and negotiated us a deal in 24hrs, handing us the keys 2 days later! Overall I am very pleased with Faron Sutaria Lettings. Their staff was professional, friendly and offered much needed advice and help, which greatly contrasted to other estate agents who pushed us to take the first thing they showed us and criticised us if we didn't. Thank you again!!

GoogleFaron Sutaria's service is second to none. After viewing around 40 properties in 7 days from other time wasting estate agents showing your round everything that they had keys for, my patients were beginning to wear thin. Walking in Faron Sutaria I was greeted with friendly customer service from a gentleman called Damien who had a genuine interest in the exact type of property and price you are looking for. After giving all my requirements I was shown round 6 properties which were exactly what I was looking. They were all of excellent quality and value for money and from there I was spoilt for choice! After choosing our new place the paperwork was very straight forward and a pleasure to complete. The keys were ready to collect on time and the after sales service is also excellent with handy men happy to fix small repairs upon request. No time wasting, no fuss, a light at the end of the tunnel for people looking to rent properties in London Greg (West Kensington)

Expect this company to be totally negligent returning your deposit (even if your landlord agreed for this to be released). They will make you chase your own money for weeks after you moved out, an absolute nightmare.

The worst agent service I have ever seen in my life. We have been dealing with them for more than a year. We wrote a letter to them complaining and nothing was ever done. They delegate their work to everyone, they just pretend they work. Never hire them.

GoogleAmazing service! My flatmates and I walked in to Faron Sutaria Lettings in Fulham looking for a flat to rent in the area. The welcome was very friendly and we were presented with three flats that met are needs perfectly. Damien ensured that the process went smoothly and that our offer would be accepted by the landlord. We got the keys to the flat only two days after!! I highly recommend this agency to anyone!
