Although I’m not quite ready to sell my property I wanted to seek some professional advice. Nick made me feel super comfortable and had a “no pressure” approach on how I should begin my sale. He broke down all the figures and went through step by step each stages from start to finish. Being my first property sale I cannot wait to pass it over to the team. Once again thank you for all your time.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Fantastic service from start to finish! Purchasing a property in the Fulham area was incredibly smooth, the team made the whole process stress-free, efficient, and much quicker than I expected. Communication was clear throughout, and I always felt well-supported. I’m absolutely delighted with the experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy in the area.

I have worked with Hume Homes for many years now and my experience has always been great. Responsive, organised and clear communication which is key for me as a busy landlord with a full time job myself! Nick just seems to get it, he gets the job done, is friendly, efficient and I trust him fully with my properties. Thanks Hume Homes.

Nick is a credit to his business. He always communicated promptly and professionally which was a breath of fresh air compared to previous experiences with other estate agents. I couldn't recommend Hume Homes enough to anybody looking for a reliable, honest and personal touch when it comes to selling or letting your property.

Nick is a gentleman. 1 year later we are renewing the rental for a second year. The property is first class, the service and attention to detail is professional with a super friendly touch. Nick is only ever a phone call away and it’s great to know he’s always there if needed. My wife and I are happy to be dealing with a truly professional, listening company.

Nick has been tremendous throughout the whole process and kept me informed. As I live abroad, he helped with little details and even helped a friend of mine who needed advice outside of the London area. Thanks Nick and I look forward working together with you!

I can’t recommend Nick & Hume Estate Agents enough. Seamless from the start with super quick replies & he was always on the end of the phone to answer any questions I had. Would encourage all my family & friends to use him if any of them would be brave enough to make the move to London to join me! Thank you Nick!!

Without a doubt the best estate agency in London. Nick Hume is personable, professional and always good humoured. Be it tenants or buyers he was there for us through thick and thin and we both rented out, and eventually sold, our property with Nick. He always went the extra mile for which we are very grateful and we would work with him again in a heartbeat. Hume Homes is reshaping the world of property in SW London, I wouldn’t trust my property with anyone else.

My wife and I engaged Nick from Hume Homes to sell our house in Walton on Thames because we anticipated that a buyer could come from the area of south west London where his expertise was. Unfortunately our house wasn't sold, but that was not Nick's fault; it's been a very difficult market recently. However, we were very impressed with Nick: his personality, his obvious professional experience and his hard work in trying to sell our house. We were also impressed with the photographs his photographer took for marketing purposes. If we were to consider putting our house back on the market we would definitely consider engaging Hume Homes again.
