Nick was great to work with; efficient and clear comms and a really fast process from start to finish. He secured a great tenant for my flat, and completed all of the necessary checks / property preparations for me. I found the process much easier than using one of the well known large agencies in London (who I have had terrible experiences with in the past) - I’d highly recommend to others, and have already passed his details on to friends looking for an agent in London.

I've known Nick for many years, so when Hume Homes was established I was keen to continue to work with Nick. Over the last 2 years I have sold my Buy to Let portfolio into the worst property market I can remember. Hume Homes has remained positive and supportive throughout and has "kept the faith", going above and beyond the service you would expect from a standard high street agent. Nick was even available following the birth of his first child! The service was uninterrupted. I highly recommend Hume Homes for a personal, all the frills, professional service. If Nick can sell my portfolio into this market, he can do anything!

I recently worked with Nick from Hume Homes as he was sourcing a Fire Risk Assessment for one of his clients properties that was due to be sold. His knowledge around the property was second to none and his quick and personable responses to any questions meant the work could be carried out much quicker than any experience I’ve had in the past. He clearly cared a lot about his clients needs and progressing the sale as smoothly and efficiently as possible, which often isn’t the case. I would recommend Hume Homes to anyone.

I’ve been letting my flat with Nick for nearly 2 years and I have had excellent service. Nick is really good at his job, he literally turned up to view my property the first time and within a day had found the perfect new tenants. He is personable, easy to contact and communicate with and his service so far has been very efficient and helpful. I really appreciate being able to talk to the same person who gives a great tailor made service instead of going to a larger company and talking to a different person every time there is an issue or change of tenant, and having to repeat the same conversations.

I found Nick through recommendations on NextDoor and the first thing he said was "Call me!" If you have searched for a managing agent, you will know what a rare find someone like Nick. We have a great line of communication, Nick inspected our building and came up with some recommendations. He comes as someone who knows and loves what he is doing and this is reflected in his attitude and the service he provides. We are running through some documentation to finalise the engagement, but are very satisfied and excited about working with Nick.
