Buying a property being sold via Dexters was one of the worst experiences of my life. They failed to determine that the property they were selling had a Japanese knotweed issue costing us time and money. We were constantly harassed for updates even after we had given them, then threatened with the seller choosing another bidder. I will never go near this Estate Agent again.

I let a flat through this branch of Dexters recently and the experience was very positive. The agents were fast during all the steps - arranging the viewing, preparing and conducting our offer, preparing the let agreement, etc. Additionally, they were available to reply to all our queries and always kept us informed (even if they didn't have an up-to-date information, they would give me a call just to let me know they were waiting for this or that). I found them oriented to close our deal, fast and transparent.

Landlords beware!!

Landlords beware!!! Thanks to this company ignoring instructions and locking me into a two year fixed priced contract with no break clauses I am losing money. But they of course are only interested in securing themselves for two years. Never heard of no break clauses but Dexters look after themselves. BEWARE OF HENDON OFFICE!!!

Incompetent top to bottom.I rent out nearly 30 properties with Dexters and have done so for a number of years. Their letting service has always been very patchy but recently they have surpassed themselves by getting pretty much every transaction wrong. Go elsewhere (as I am going to do).

Connor and Martin have called to confirm if there are any concerns. Tbh we have very good tenants as they keep the property well and I am good to them too repairing things rapidly when needed.
