We rent a lovely flat from Dexters, and they also manage the flat for our landlord. I have to say that I'm really impressed with the management, and am particularly grateful to both Shernitta and one of their contractors, Gabriel. Shernitta is incredibly approachable, and always quick to reply to any enquiries, and nothing seems too big an issue for her. Gabriel is such a gem. It's never really that pleasant to have a contractor in your home, especially as I work from home, and my children are usually in the house, but Gabriel is quite possibly the kindest, most trustworthy and most considerate guy ever! Couldn't recommend the agency more if Shernitta and Gabriel are evidence of how the company treats its employees. They really are wonderful!

If you want to sell and you want to sell fast then Dexters are up for the task. I was impressed by how many more viewings they could arrange in comparison to the other agents in Fulham. We tried all the agents but Dexters came out on top. Ellie Chandegra did her magic and got the place sold quickly and professionally. She also stayed in touch right through to completion to see the sale through with constant updates via email and phone which was very reassuring. Ellie was excellent from start to finish.

Posted a review about this company but it was not accepted and so, I shall post the same review again. Absolutely awful experience and unfortunate that one star is the lowest star that you can give. First photographer used by Dexters was an absolute amateur - slow to issue photographs to be agreed which were all subsequently binned.Floorplan incorrect also. Second photographer was better but then waited ages for the photographs to come through. Spent yesterday all day agreeing photographs to be used and those to be rejected, hard copy brochure to be agreed with Dexters to launch online also.Dexters then just totally ignored with a fifth of the agreed photographs missing online and a third of those photographs rejected included online.Floorplan also incorrect still. Rang the office three times but no one answered the phones in the branch dealing with our sale. Slow service and extremely unprofessional. Never known such a poor Estate Agents. Truly truly dreadful

I used Dexters as managing agents for 10 years. I have always found them to be highly professional and reliable. Munir in particular has assisted me on 2 occasions when financial pressures have caused huge stress. On both occasions, he has gone over and above the “extra mile” in order to find a satisfactory solution. He has been both professional and approachable showing that it is possible to show a human side even when trying to maintain a business in these difficult times. I would have no hesitation to thoroughly recommend Dexters.

I posted the review below, and instantly had a call from the Managing Director expressing his concern for my experience. I've just met with him and had what I think is a productive discussion - as a result I've added another * to the review. He couldn't do anything to change the experience I had with the Fulham branch, and what I wrote below still stands. I feel he listened to my points closely and I do believe he has taken them on board and will action the areas where he feels Dexters have let me down. He was absolutely adamant that customer service is the thing they pride themselves on, and that this is not the experience he wants for any client. He explained a number of points regarding how Dexters functions to agree purchases, which does help me to understand some of their actions, though overall, he did I think accept that some of the behaviours I have experienced weren't as he would wish, and he will be following up on them. He will also look at why the team didn't spot or rectify things earlier. What I have learned, should there be a next time with any estate agent; - My experience is anomalous for Dexters, and anyone using them in the future should escalate issues at the time, if they feel they are not being treated well. - At the start I will make it clear how I like to be contacted, and how frequently. - Feeling pushed into a price you are uncomfortable with is not ok, so escalate to someone more senior. - Feeling pressured to respond before you are ready is also not ok, so escalate. Let's hope Fulham branch will learn that sometimes less is more, and that there is a line that they can easily cross if they put metrics of sales above people. This conversation helped enormously - my thanks to Duncan for his time. I will now raise my recommendation from "never again" to "use them with caution". -----original review---- I felt bullied...They do not demonstrate honesty or expertise. When I refused to drop the price, they harassed me with phonecalls/meetings and bullied me with figures, at one point bringing me into the office to show me lots of statistics which "proved" I had to drop the price. I have felt bullied by their relentless pushing on the numbers, and harassed by the sheer quantity of phone calls and emails, some to the point of rudeness. I feel that the office culture prides itself and measures itself on quantity of phone calls, without considering quality or relevance. I feel they value quick sale at whatever cost to the clients - without a moment's concern. I feel that that their culture encourages them to tell you whatever it takes to achieve a sale, whether logical or not - including what amounts to hearsay and speculation ("this person who doesn't like your place, and isn't interested in offering feels you are £100k too high"). I feel that my home has been intruded upon, I feel that they have no respect for their clients' financial situation (whether selling or buying). I feel that they are irresponsible.
