GoogleI've had an awful experience with this agency so far, I've been unable to sleep on my bed for more than 5 months since they have simply been incapable of coordinating the much needed repairs at my house in a timely manner. Basically my ceiling was ripped apart 5 months ago in order to fix a leak and I've been without a ceiling ever since then. My house doesn't even meet the minimum safe housing conditions right now as per the attached pictures and this agency isn't responsive at all, as I have to chase them every week in order to get an update. They always take the landlord's side whenever there's a dispute and they simply don't care about the tenats. I've been through hell over the last 5 months so I would strongly advice anybody to stay away from them.

GoogleI wouldn't recommend this service. They work and side with landlords who steal (or attempt to steal) money from their tenants by claiming deposits. As a young working professional, this is not the stress you need when renting for the first time in London.
