GoogleGreat experience renting with Broadway & West. From the first viewing they were very efficient and friendly. Whilst in the property they were quick to respond to any issues and they’ve been really helpful with the whole process. Fatima was all the time in touch with me and asure everything is going well with the renting process.Thank you very much for your help! They provided a friendly and professional service and I would highly recommend them as a letting agent.

GoogleWe purchased our buy-to-let property in Barons Court through Broadway & West in 2005 and they have rented it for us ever since. Their service in the last 14+ years has been nothing short of 5 stars. The property has never been empty for more than a few days between tenancies and they have found us nothing but great tenants over the years. I couldn't recommend their service more. GoogleReally straightforward process for moving in, even as I was taking over a contract for someone moving out. We had very few issues the whole time I was in the flat, and when we did Hasan was always quick to get it sorted. The majority of my interaction with the agency was actually after I had moved out, I made a typo when sending my bank details for my deposit refund, and the money ended up in someone else’s account at my bank. I will iterate, this was WHOLLY my fault. Hassan was fantastic and contacted the bank as I called mine, went through the whole payment recall process and kept me updated while we waited to know the result. In the end, the recall was successful and I got my deposit back! I feel very fortunate to have had someone as helpful as Hasan on my side to get it all sorted. Thanks again!

GoogleIf I can give this agency a zero. I would. I was contacted by Mariam after making an enquiry for a studio. On the day of the viewing 2 hours before we were due to meet she failed to notify me that the tenant had ‘tonsillitis’ & would not allow visitors for viewings had I not called ahead of the viewing she wouldn’t have told me and expected me to show up to a property I haven’t enquired about. Then the story changed that she ‘forgot’ to send me a confirmation email and if I can meet her two hours before our viewing! She apologised and said she can reschedule for Monday and I told her it falls on a bank holiday in which she responds ‘I’ll be there I promise’ 😂 Monday comes and of course she cancels because it is indeed a ‘bank holiday’ without a follow up to reschedule for another day. Then she calls me 5 days after the original date of our viewing to tell me the property I initially enquired about is gone and she will send me other prospects and to this day every time she said she will send an email she actually doesn’t. Avoid if you’re looking for a professional service who value your time

GoogleThe whole team has always been very friendly and helpful during my tenancy with them. They have always resolved any issues very quickly, including all the maintenance as they happened. They had a very approachable attitude, which is very rare to find from estate agents, they are honest and keep to their word, always been fair and professional. I strongly recommend them if you are trying to find a property in the local area, they know it very well. Thank you, it was a pleasure to be your tenant for a year.

GoogleWe've been in a house of 5 students under Broadway & West for 3 years now, and they've been helpful start to finish. Our agent Hasan is always very organised, replies promptly to emails, and quickly sends people in to fix things when needed. He was careful to explain everything about the contract and show us there were no hidden fees/charges, and has also made renewing very easy. This is an honest, reliable, and student-friendly estate agents.

GoogleVery dodgy, do not use this company please. Friends and I are students looking for a place to stay during our studies. They keep changing the chargers and adding on extra money. Then when I ask the other employee about it they had no idea. A man who works there called Ilia was extremely rude and condescending to us and continued to swear when showing us houses. When we had found a house we wanted he took the holding deposit from us and then asked for us to pay the deposit and 1 month of rent before showing us the contract. One of us paid our part but we did not want to pay the rest until we saw the contract. Next thing you know he calls me asking me to come in and says that we have lost the house because it is "unsafe" and it has the wrong insurance and the gas and electricity checks can't be done. He continued to make a lot of other excuses about the landlord not cooperating. All of this was a complete lie. I know that he wanted to give the house to someone else so he made up all of these lies to get us out of it.

GoogleI had a great experience with Francesca and the rest of the team at Broadway & West. I lived with a group of girls in London, and we needed to move in just a few days after we viewed a property. Francesca was very accommodating in making sure this was possible, and for this we were very grateful! I would definitely look to use Broadway & West again in the future :)

GoogleRecently moved into new 6 bed house in hammersmith with student friends. Hasan has been very nice and understanding with our scarce knowledge of the process of renting a property. The property itself wasnt as deeply cleaned as desired and a number of things are not working/not as clean as possible but I'm sure these will be sorted out shortly. I would recommend broadway and west.
