GoogleSuperb experience with B&R letting teams. Unfortunately, as the property is let with management, the overall impression of B&R is disappointing when there is no alternative management team. Over the years, it has been virtually impossible to speak to the management team and the only way to communicate is via email. As the team requires a lot of guidance, any repair or replacement would take a long time and is very frustrating. I had hope B&R would take their client's internal feedback seriously and improve their staff training to provide a better service.

GoogleYuan and the team have been amazing throughout the process. We were in a rush to find a new place with 2 little ones. Our offer was not the landlord's primary expectation. But Yuan pushed it through and defended it. And managed the whole process from accepted offer to keys in 8 days. Would highly recommend
