GoogleI had trouble initially in finding a flat to rent, apparently the market for studios is very fast at this time of the year. Yuri at Barnard Marcus was very helpful in finding me new options. The rental process was relatively smooth, although there had been slight delays in getting the contract all set out. I'm very happy with the flat I ended up renting.

GoogleA horrible experience ending with them throwing away antiques and expensive rugs because the tenant said they didn’t need it AFTER the inventory.

GoogleWe bought a property through them in 2021. From our experience, the staff there really work for the sellers, not the buyers. Frankly, they haven't brought much value to our transaction and were not particularly amicable.
