I dealt with YourMove (Hamilton, Cadzow St) when I was looking to rent a flat in May 2021. They could not have been more helpful, from my initial interest in the property, right up to receiving the keys. I was shown the property by Kirsty who I was initially dealing with. I found her to be very personable, professional and extremely responsive and timely when dealing with email and phone communications. Closer to the move date, I was kept up to speed by the remarkably able and friendly Aaron Bains. Aaron without doubt went the extra mile when dealing with a tight deadline, without which I’m unsure if I would have managed! He kept me updated constantly and was most reassuring and honest throughout the whole process. He was genuine and his people skills are second to none. All the team at YourMove in Hamilton deserve plaudits for their caring and professional attitude. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend others to do so.PositiveProfessionalism

Just bought a flat with Your Move Hamilton and couldn't have asked for a smoother and easier agency to work with. Lynsey Aitken answered every email I sent within 2 hours honestly or even called. On time when viewing the property, had answers to all my questions and extremely friendly. Couldn't recommend them and Lynsey enough! Thanks again and all the best for the future!

Myself and my partner were new to the Hamilton area so the Your Move Hamilton branch were incredibly helpful when looking for a rental. The staff, particularly Marlene, have gone above and beyond the call of duty to insure everything has gone smoothly with our move and have kept in contact every step of the way! We cannot recommend this branch enough.

We sold our property in 3 weeks having dealt primarily with Jennifer from the Hamilton branch. Excellent service and Jennifer was a huge support throughout a very stressful time. She maintained regular contact, giving us updates and ensured the sale progressed as smoothly as possible. If employee of the month is an option, Jennifer should most definitely be appointed. Many thanks.
