GoogleVery disappointed about how slow they were to produce the home report. Find the whole procedure of using zoopla instead of estate agents and home report coming from a third party a laborious process. Hoise was sold before I got HReport.

GoogleAs a tenant of 5 years, I called upset and asking for help regarding an important issue and was told “I finish work soon, stop guilt tripping me with your problem, this isn’t my problem”. I have no idea how to react to that. I’ve worked in Customer Service for over 12 years and I’ve honestly never heard such blatant dismissal for a human being. Absolutely disgusting people. Worst letting agents ever. They have zero regard for their tenants well-being or safety. DO NOT RENT FROM SLATER HOGG

GoogleRecently used S&H to rent a new property. I was due to leave last property quickly and they were great in helping make the process quicker. Kirstie and Natalia both did great in keeping in touch and was able to complete it all within 7 days. Little moving in gift was also a great touch. Very happy with new place. Whole process was easy and simple. Would recommend them for property needs.

GoogleAwful awful company. Worst decision I ever made was to use Slater Hogg & Howison Hamilton to sell our first home. They do not promote your home to give you the best chance of a sale, nothing on social media etc and do not market it well at all - I had to do this all myself. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the whole process, taking no accountability for anything. The ladies were so rude and had a very bad attitude. They also agreed to do ALL viewings then did not turn up and left viewer's outside our property, mortifying! The even gave the purchaser the keys to our home without carrying out necessary anti-money laundering checks and a member of staff stole my key ring from my keys and laughed in my face about it! Disgraceful company avoid like the plague!! Would advise anyone to find another company if they are looking to sell their home whilst receiving a good service.
