Hello William, we are very concerned to have received a 1 star review from you as we have no record or recollection of you having any issue with our service. We only have one William MacWhirter on our system to whom we sent out a home report on 19th May following an email we had received. We also tried to call, and received no reply to the call or the text message we sent. We are extremely disappointed that you have left a 1 star google review for our team which we believe is a totally unfair representation on the level of service that has been provided. As discussed on our telephone conversations and email, initially we were unable to provide information to you due to the Data Protection Act. As you were not the party who instructed us to sell the property, we could not give any information to you unless we had authorisation to do so. I’m sure you would have expected us to extend the same courtesy and professionalism to you, should the situation have been the other way around. Following agreement from the seller our team have been in contact with you and agreed a plan of communication going forward. We have provided up to date information when requested, yet you have continued to berate our team each time you have called, this is not acceptable to us. We understand that this will be a stressful period for you, however we kindly ask that you treat our team members with the same level of respect that we have shown you. As we outlined in our email to you, to which you have not responded, please keep communication strictly professional and in relation to the marketing and sale of the property only, and not discuss any personal situations.
