GoogleSold and bought through walker singleton. Gill Bateson was amazing, don't think it would have happened without her support.

GoogleInitially very helpful at getting me into a rental property, once problems started with disrepair, they werent interested. Had to get environmental health involved who agreed with me. Upon ending the tenancy they then lied in their reasons to keep my deposit saying i caused 'damage' by using the same inventory photos they showed me upon moving in!! Very dishonest and money hungry

GoogleLisa and Walker Singleton were brilliant when buying our house. We were first time buyers and had little idea of the process. She went above and beyond to explain the steps involved, and was always happy to speak to us. Would recommend. Thanks again Lisa & Team.

GoogleWe were dealing with Lisa Frost at Walker Singleton regarding the purchase of a bungalow. We found her to be most helpful in keeping us informed as to the progress of our purchase and also in chasing up the solicitors in the chain. We would highly recommend Walker Singleton and her in particular

GoogleHad a lengthy argument with someone who clearly didnt want to listen about housing benifit and apparently their landlords werent allowed to discriminate against disabled. Only to be turned down for a house because of disability. clearly it does happen regardless as much as they want to try and tell you it doesnt

GoogleArranged to view a property today but when we arrived there was nobody there to show us round. After ringing them to check they were on their way we were told there was nothing in the diary - all they could do was apologise. Waste of time not to mention having to take time out of work.

GoogleLisa from Walker Singleton was really helpful through my purchase. The process took really long time, due to Covid circunstances but she always kept in touch and was supportive through the whole process either by emails or phone calls.
