GoogleVery helpful and friendly staff - the person who came to value the house was very professional and made a few suggestions on the best way to market the property. When we accepted an offer they were in touch regularly to keep us up to date with progress - they contacted solicitors to chase when things seemed to be going slowly and then called us to advise as to what had been said. We also bought a house advertised by them - again the made the process a lot less stressful by keeping us updated and offering support when things seemed to be stalled. Overall excellent service and I would certainly recommend them if you are planning to sell.

GoogleThe most unhelpful agency you can imagine. Moved into the property and clear signs of a covered up mouse infestation. We then discovered mice in the house they sent out pest control that did nothing except seal the gap on the front of the property that was allowing mice in. Then it was down to me and my partner to catch all the mice buy our own traps etc. Many of our belongings went in the bin and agent didn't care at all and made out this was our issue not theirs. They honestly don't care the state of the properties and do nothing to help. We then reported that due to dirty garden next door there was a rat infestation in the garden they everywhere and I have video evidence yet they seem to think this is the tenants issue. This has led to me leaving the property but they won't offer a reduction on rent and dismiss any issues raised. I would avoid using this agency at all costs.

GoogleMe and my Husband purchased a property with Walker Singleton and we were in a chain, Lisa one of the estate agents was one of the most helpful individuals in my purchase and sale, even better than own estate agents. She has been helpful even after the sale had gone through and we had moved we struggled to find the gas meter and she helpfully contacted the previous owner to get this information for us. She was in touch throughout the while process and I couldn't recommend them enough.

GoogleWe put our house on the market the weekend after lockdown ended, not knowing what sort of response we would get. We had 25 viewings over 2 days and ended with 7 offers all over the asking price. From the taking of the photos to the organising of the viewings, it could not of been handled in a more professional manner. We were kept informed all the way through the process and the sale went through without a hitch. I will be strongly recommending Walker Singleton to anybody I know selling a house.

GoogleThe team did an excellent job selling my home from start to finish. The marketing particulars were excellent and the staff were very efficient with booking viewings and negotiating offers. We had a few issues when the surveyors report was issued however Gill sorted this without delay and ensured the transaction proceeded without further disruption. The team went above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone considering selling their home.

GoogleWe enquiried about a commercial properly around 8 months ago. Due to not living in the area and there only being 1 photo requested more, the request was ignored initially and was told to come and physically view if we wanted to see more.. the whole point of wanting the photos was not to waste time doing this if it wasn't going to be suitable! We then got told it had being let. However still to this day the unit is empty with a big W/S to let on the front with no activity! We now have another property but this has annoyed me!

Recently purchased a property that was marketed by Walker Singleton. The entire team were very helpful from start to finish and Gill, the sales progressor, was absolutely wonderful. She was busy dealing with all the little issues between solicitors quickly and reassuring myself (first time buyer) that whilst this was frustrating, these were perfectly normal things. Thank you ever so much!

Cannot recommend them enough and Lisa who was our main contact worked tirelessly to ensure we were kept updated throughout - she really went the extra mile for us. We would not hesitate to use them again - but hopefully not for a few years now 🙂

GoogleGreat auctioneer house. Have bought goods from auction from here. And Walker Singleton have been a great partner to work with. The staff are really nice and helpful and the location is easily accessible by car. All queries are answered promptly and they are great at keeping up communication throughout your entire dealings with them. Couldn’t be happier with their service. 😊
