We have been dealing with ongoing damp and mould issues for around a year, yet despite repeatedly reporting the problem, Ryder & Dutton have failed to properly resolve it. Instead of taking responsibility and finding a real solution, the issue has been repeatedly pushed aside and excuses have been made. Extremely disappointing service and absolutely not an agency I would recommend.
