I’m a first time buyer in a very tricky market at the moment and after what was a very long road to getting the house completed, myself and my partner honestly can’t thank all the staff at Ryder and Dutton for all their help. They went above and beyond on helping contact people, keeping us informed, chasing questions and trying to get us all answer we needed. They made a long journey a little bit easier for us and I would definitely recommend. All the staff were extremely helpful and always tried to get the answer and always called us back in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend to anyone buying a home. Thanks

GoogleWe would like to say thank you to all the team at Rush Witt for all their help in the sale of our holiday let cottage. Their valuation advice was sensible and fitting in viewings between guests was quite a challenge but the team never let us down once. It was a pleasure dealing with them, we shall certainly use their services again and have no hesitation in recommending them whether buying or selling property.

Ryder and Dutton are an amazing company and made my move go as smoothly as possible. The estate agent assigned to my move, Vicky, was friendly and helpful and was very quick to reply to any question I might have. She was proactive in chasing sellers solicitors where there were delays and put my mind at ease when there were moment of stress. Ryder and Dutton are incredibly professional and easy to deal with. Me and my partner were also very grateful to receive the lovely moving box that was gifted to us when we went to collect our keys, it was a lovely touch.

I Found Ryder & Dutton very slow to book you in to view properties, I requested viewings on a couple at the start of my search that took 9 days before we could see them, and this was with the agent doing the viewings not the vendors.After I viewed another property at a later date I bought my beautiful home through Ryder & Dutton and was introduced via email to Alexander who would be my key person through the sale, She kept me in the loop as much as possible, always replied to my emails promptly and it resulted in a smooth & quick sale.
