Communication was excellent and we were kept well informed about the progress of the sale which was achieved within a short timescale thanks to the diligence of the team. Lack of communication and clarity from this company regarding offers submitted. They seem to have no mobile phones and from abroad I have to use email. I submitted sniffer for a property and havens no response negative or positive.
