Literally depends on who you deal with. Some of the staff are great, some are… well let’s say not so great. From what I can gather they’re understaffed and a lot of things seem to be forgotten about, or not chased up. I’ve dealt with plenty of estate agents in my time and these are certainly not top of the list- but a few great staff members keep them from sinking to the bottom. Wouldn’t recommend but also wouldn’t feel fair if I said don’t use them.

Communication at the beginning was great, however this wasn’t great towards the end and felt we had to chase everything, also sent a message once completed which was not passed onto the buyers. The photos and listing was great.

GoogleI have recently bought a house in Halifax through Ryder and Dutton. Not being from the area I wasn't sure how happy I would be but the staff at Ryder and Dutton are amazing.
