Ryder & Dutton Royton were super helpful throughout the entire process of buying our house in Royton. Jade assisted us and was always only a phone call away to help us with whatever we needed. Ryder and Dutton have been professional and friendly throughout our sale. We were always kept informed of any developments. We have dealt with other agents in the past and in our opinion Ryder and Dutton are by far more professional and friendly to deal with. TrustpilotI had the worst experience
I had the worst experience. I was trying to buy a house and got told my offer had been accepted, I was so excited. I had already sent my info over and then tried to sort another viewing of the property now I know I was accepted. They told me they would call me back, they didn’t. I waited and then a few days later I called back asking if they knew, they didn’t and then asked me if I had sent a certain document they asked for ( they didn’t and it was the first time I had ever heard of this). I sent it over right after the call. Then I noticed the house was still up on the website which I thought was odd. I contacted them and they said they would check, I also asked again about the viewing and again they said they would call me back? I didn’t hear for them for a day and then get the call that someone had made a higher offer, I was appalled as I loved this house! I asked how, I sent all my documents and was in talks with their solicitors they put me in contact with. They said they were waiting for another document THEY failed to tell me about even though I had called them multiple times since the offer had first been accepted. Their communication has been the worst from any estate agents I have spoken to (which has been many). Because of their lack of organisation and clarity I lost out on my first house which took me ages to find. I’m so beyond upset and angry about how unprofessional Ryder and Dutton have been! Avoid them if you want a competent estate agents.

The experience was great due to the customer service as whenever there was any issues regarding the sale it was dealt with immediately. The 2 main people who helped us massively were Helen and Georgia cant thank them both enough for all the hard work that they did for us. I would highly recommend friends and family if they were ever thinking off selling a propriety to go into Ryder and dutton as ask for either Helen or Georgia to help them out as you will get the best possible service.

GoogleBarnaby and the team made our house purchase stress-free. They were responsive and communicative and acted as an effective communication channel between the vendors and ourselves.
