We would highly recommend Reeds Rains Estate Agents to anyone. Having just moved into our new house, Reeds Rains sold our previous property for us and were so professional and helpful throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made, what can be a very stressful time much more bearable. They were always easy to contact and got back to us very quickly when we had any questions. Local real estate agents. Halifax office of the Reed Rains group. I will be honest as i am in my reviews. The visit was the end result of a friends unfortunate listing woes. The attempted sale was not handled by the office staff in a professional manner. Numerous errors in the listing. Advertising and marketing campaigns were poor. Over 1000 views on line and no introductions or ongoing contact was left wanting. Conclusion was a meeting with the manager and the end result the cancellation of the contract agreement. Sadly, the 1000 plus views will not be looking again. The property is now no longer listed. I hope its taken onboard and lessons are learned.

I chose Reeds Rains to market the property as first impressions (over the phone) was one of friendliness and approachability - its stands to reason if I found them personable and easy to communicate with so would any prospective buyers. My expectations from the outset were, (in addition to the above) an outfit that was organised and could deliver efficient, regular and consistent communication throughout. I have agreed a sale but since marketing, arriving at this point has been a seamless and stress free journey. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the entire team for their efforts - it comes across loud how genuinely happy you are in your roles. I also wish to make a special mention to Amy Broadbent who was the inital face of the business and who is a real asset to the team - i found her to be very well organised, always going the extra mile whilst being consistently enthusiastic and positive. Thanks also to Beth Wildman for keeping me updated (without delay) on any viewing or amendments to these viewings. It's been a pleasure!

I’ve had a lovely experience so far from Reeds’s Rains and the staff at the Halifax branch. This is my second time private renting a property, but the first time renting through a letting agency. I’ve rented my new build property through Reeds Rains for nearly 1 month now and it’s absolutely lush. The communication between myself and my letting negotiator Beth Wildman has been great. She’s been really advisable and helpful throughout the whole application process, to any rental queries to the move in of my property. Jamie Kennerdale has been looking after (managing) four of my town centre residential properties. Reeds Rains in Halifax have dealt with the sale and purchase of our new property. Andy was the chap who came at the very beginning and was very professional and gave a good and honest valuation of the property we were selling. When we found a property we liked which was also up for sale with Reeds Rains, Amy dealt with the whole process and even with chasing people, i.e vendor and solicitors she did an amazing job. We spoke with Jan a few times and she was also key in the process of moving and was straight to the point on some issues that cropped up too. If I was to sell our property I would use Reeds Rains again and I would recommend them to others. Thanks guys for your support throughout.
