Let me introduce ourselves, we are husband and wife team Paul & Demelza Bottomley. Our passion is property having both been involved in selling and letting houses for the past 24 years. In our previous life we have owned our own successful estate agency in Dewsbury & Mirfield and simply love being able to make people's moving dreams come true. Although being a personal agent is 24/7, I wouldn't change it for the world. When I do get chance to relax I like to spend time with my long suffering other half (more of her later) as well as our three kids, Georgia, Alex & Daniel and not to mention our 4 dogs. When I am not at home or in the office you may well find me on Willow Valley golf course! My other half, Demelza helps with many of our landlords and tenants as her expertise in this field stretches back over 15 years, however don't be surprised to see her attending many of our sales and rental property viewing open days. Many of our fabulous Google and Trustpilot reviews have mentioned the word trust and communication in them. We believe trust is something you must earn and communication should be a given, but sadly this is not always the case with agents. We are always at the other end of the phone for you, often late at night but don't worry this is all part of the service that we provide as your personal agent.

GoogleWe were shown around a property last week by Paul Bottomley and were extremely impressed. The property wasn't quite what we were looking for but we found Paul to be professional, knowledgeable, informative and very helpful. Although we didn't make an offer on this property he agreed to keep us informed of other houses that may be more suitable. He knew we were visiting with other Estate Agents and wished us luck with our search and informed us that even if he we bought from someone else he was willing to visit and offer advice, he also explained how he could help us to find tenants and manage the property for us if required. He promised to send us some videos that explained the full process and these arrived in my inbox on the same day and were very clear and concise. Based on our dealings with Paul so far we would highly recommend him if you are looking to buy or rent a property. Cheers Martin and Tracy.

GooglePaul was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He was always on the other end of the phone when needed and really put my interests first. The main thing that attracted me to use EweMove was the personalised video tours; they give potential buyers a better feel for your property before they come to view vs the slideshow of photos that other high street estate agents use. I have already recommended EweMove to 2 family members!

FacebookHaving had our property on the market for some months with a high street agent we were beginning to loose faith in the sales process. Born from frustration we decided to give Paul Bottomley at Ewemove a call. From the start Paul has offered clear, straight talking advice. He explained the market conditions, the type of buyer our property would attract and where we should pitch from a valuation perspective. Paul suggested strategies which we previously not advised on, such as open days and this proved to be a huge success, we sold our property within a week of it being on the market with Ewemove. If you want your house to be more than just a right move listing, with a real sales strategy behind it then use Ewemove. We will never use a high street agent again!

GoogleWell as a buyer at first I was impressed how fast Mike was responding to calls and emails but once the keys were handed to us and we had few questions regarding the house to the owners Mike has totally blanked us no response from him disappointing.

GoogleSelling our home through EweMove was definitely the right choice. What a different experience dealing with Paul from EweMove as opposed to our experience of other Estate Agents. He doesn't make promises he can't keep, always available to help and guide you through the selling process. Enthusiastic, knowledgeable and professional without flannel. He made the whole process so much easier. We would certainly recommend using him to others looking to sell their house.

GoogleEwe move were the estate agents for our vendors, not for our house sale. However, we found Paul Bottomley to be far better than the state agent we were paying for. He was very informative and ready to give us advice and help. The bottom line is that Paul was fantastic and I would highly recomend him.

GoogleGreat experience from start to finish with two properties. Dan found a great tenant within days of the flat and the house going to the market. I have found Dan to be approachable, friendly and very efficient. I love that he personally does everything from the viewings to the move in inspection, allowing him to get to know the tenant before moving them in. Great photo's and a floorplan were also included, have recommended Dan to others and will always use from now on!

GoogleAfter my dealings with the high street estate agents, which all began positive but soon deflated much like an old balloon (full of promise and hot air) , i decided to try EweMove. Absolute stress free, personable, informative and sn actual caring service from beginning to end. I would highly and happily recommend Mr Andrew Blaney to anyone who's thinking of buying and selling, acompletely enthusiastic and honest man who wasnt just giving lip service for commission, but should an actual interest in the whole process. Moving can be stressful and emotional for so many different reasons, so he was quite a breath of fresh air. Highly recommended.
