I can’t recommend Paul highly enough. He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable. Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. Paul at Ewe Move sold our home in Cleckheaton and was brilliant from start to finish. We’ve had poor experiences with estate agents in the past but Paul was exceptionally good. He sat and explained everything thoroughly for an hour and a half on his first visit to the house and didn’t just race around rooms pretending to measure up. He seemed really invested. Most of all, he LISTENED to us and understood that we wanted a realistic price for a quick sale, and didn’t try to persuade us that we could achieve thousands more. Paul’s marketing was excellent with professional looking photos and videos and good use of social media. He organised viewings back to back and secured interest almost immediately. Paul sold our house for full asking price within 3 days of it hitting the market, and we couldn’t have been happier. Communication was outstanding throughout, with a dedicated WhatsApp number which was answered by Paul very quickly. He even kindly passed messages on between ourselves and our buyers. All in all we’d absolutely recommend Ewe Move if you’re thinking of selling your home. Especially if you want an honest, professional service rather than empty sales patter.

We bought our house through Paul and moved in just after Christmas. If we were to sell, we would be more than happy to go with him, as we could see that he looked after our seller, but was just as fair with us as the buyer! He was honest and upfront from day one and there were no games - which is refreshing when you’re buying or selling a house. Especially helpful when you’re doing both at the same time! This meant that we could make well informed and quick decisions without worrying about losing time or money, and get on with the process quickly. The deal was done and there was no back and forth or being messed about on either side. Communication was instant at all times, and he was the go between for both sides, as our sellers had already moved from the area. The level three survey we had done found an issue with the roof that was not obvious or visible at all and which our sellers had no idea about. Paul helped both sides handle that smoothly despite it being the middle of winter when we had snow, rain and wind. A repair was done that went above and beyond, and we were sent photos and videos which reassured us, and he exchanged messages between both sides. We first saw Paul on one of his YouTube videos and didn’t really know what to think! In real life he is much taller (!) and is just as friendly. Paul and his team are professional, plain talking and really good to work with. If you like a personal service, like to be organised and need people who do what they say they will, you’ll absolutely love using his services.

Paul has been phenomenal throughout this entire process, Paul clearly knows how to sell houses as following his advice throughout he managed to secure an offer above asking on the first day of viewings! But that's only half the story, Paul continued to provide top notch service throughout the remainder of the process, providing advice on my purchase, explaining all next steps, checking in to see how everything was going, liaising between myself and the buyer in a prompt modern and professional manner, assisting in chasing solicitors (as we all know what they are like!) and recommending other services such as constructional surveys. Paul was transparent throughout, you know how much you are paying before you even sign the dotted line and there were no hidden fees. Honestly, I can't sing Paul or ewe move's praises enough! They made what is normally a stressful process seemless and worry free. I challenge anyone to try and find the same dedication and service from any other estate agents! Been trying since yesterday to fill an application to view a house. I filled the application out multiple times for someone to speak to me with an aggressive tone saying I haven't filled the application and that 7 people are booked in. I had the same issue with another estate agent but they actually was honest and said they are not taking any more bookings. That was a full afternoon wasted trying to book a viewing. It really that complicated.

​Very disappointing experience with EweMove. ​I chose their most expensive package and even paid extra for photos, but the pictures were poor and the listing went live with missing information. Despite charging a hefty 15% of the monthly rent, they only arranged a few viewings over two months and failed to find a tenant. ​To make matters worse, they broke my balcony door during a viewing. While they initially agreed to pay for the damage, they first stalled by telling me I’d have to wait two weeks until they returned from holiday. Now, they are outright refusing to pay for the damage they caused. ​I listed the flat myself on OpenRent and found a great tenant in just 3 days. EweMove provided an incredibly expensive service with very poor results, capped off by a complete lack of integrity regarding the property damage. I strongly recommend avoiding them.
