We can't recommend EweMove Cleckheaton highly enough! Paul gave us his honest opinion about the market value of our house and talked us through all aspects of the sale. The whole process was transparent and we felt confident that he would secure a sale for us (we had three viewings which resulted in two offers). Paul and Demelza did the initial viewings for us, in order to gauge interest, and we showed prospective buyers round for second viewings. He was always available to give advice and feedback, responded very quickly to messages, and we were kept informed at every step of the way. Paul was happy to give advice on our purchase too. Found a house we loved, put an offer in, had a slight mortgage issue which was sorted within 5 days. Communicated all of this in real time with Michaela and instead of having the decency to reply to us, she ghosted us, read all our messages and didn’t reply, didn’t update us on anything and now the house is listed as SOLD. Responsive and always happy to help (even when it might be slightly out of his realm, which it often was). The sale was long, with many many problems along the way. I had never sold a house before but late last year I found myself in the position of having to sell my late mother’s home. I spoke with various estate agents and things still seemed very daunting until I contacted Ewemove and had a meeting with Paul. Everything was explained clearly to me and we discussed the best way of going about the sale. Once the property was on the market I was kept informed with a weekly email and Paul was always very prompt in replying to any questions I had no matter how trivial. Overall it was very reassuring having someone like that in my corner who was genuinely on my side and wanted the best deal possible. Cannot praise Ewemove Cleckheaton enough. We have had poor experiences of estate agents in the past but our experience with Paul and Demelza was faultless. They were incredibly knowledgable and always available to give advice (even on evenings and weekends!). We had a bumpy ride with our sale and purchase but we ended up selling our home for a great price and found our perfect forever home. Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!

The service we received was nothing less than impeccable. When looking at different agents to value the house, we ended up choosing EweMove because of Paul's genuine, honest conversations with us about what we could expect to sell for. We felt comfortable and confident that Paul was going to do exactly as promised to get the best for us, and he did. Paul's service was personal and he dealt with everything from start to finish himself. He produced a fabulous video tour of the house and some professional photography which showed our house in the best light possible (when compared to other agents pictures we've seen when scanning Rightmove, these pictures were amazing). He used an open house type approach which made the process of finding a buyer quick and easy and got us multiple offers all in one day. He pushed to get the best price possible for us but also guided us to be realistic in choosing the right buyer. From the valuation to accepting an offer, it was a speedy process and we got a price we were super happy with. Even throughout our journey to purchase our next house, Paul was supportive and went beyond his duty by giving us honest advice in relation to the house we wanted to buy too. Another thing that made it such an easy process was that he was available on the phone to speak to directly when needed, which feels like a bonus when it's so difficult to get anyone on the phone these days. All in all, I don't think we could have asked for a better agent and would highly recommend Paul to anyone looking for someone who will work hard to sell their house for them. We would definitely use him again should we choose to sell in future!

The photos, video and write-up were high quality and they took the time to know our property. They didn't disappoint, selling our house quickly, above asking and to a solid buyer. Paul was always at the end of the phone when we needed him, he didn't disappear once the sale was agreed. He was straight talking and to the point and we appreciated the advice both he and Damelza had to give. If you want experts who are passionate about selling houses, these are your people. Firstly contacted Paul at Ewemove more then a year ago in relation to renting a property. After a show around and small interview we was successful in getting the rented house. Many months down the line, Paul contacted ourselves with the opportunity of purchasing this property and making that first step onto the property ladder. From the moment Paul responded to our initial enquiry, through to arranging handover of keys on completion, we have received excellent service at every step of the journey. Paul is very experienced and knowledgeable of the housing market in his area. He makes recommendations for the marketing strategy, but does not impose anything on you, instead guiding you through the options. Paul takes care of the viewings for you and always follows up promptly to obtain feedback. When the property was launched Paul succeeded in getting lots of viewings and secured a sale within a few weeks, exceeding our expectations.
