I had an excellent experience with Jasmine while moving into my new apartment. From the very beginning she was professional, helpful, and incredibly responsive. Moving can be stressful, but Jasmine made the whole process feel smooth and straightforward. She kept me updated throughout, answered any questions quickly, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she was always friendly and approachable. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making the move-in experience positive, but Jasmine at Bridgfords really did go above and beyond. I’m very grateful for all her help and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to move.

I had been to another estate agency before being recommended to Bridgfords, not only did Lee get me a better agreement in principle but he took his time to find me the best priced mortgage, the perfect area for my new house and generally cared unlike the previous agents from another company. I cannot recommend Lee Johnson highly enough! From the very beginning, Lee went above and beyond to secure my mortgage quickly and with absolutely no stress on my end. Refused to return deposit after tenancy ended, eventually complying four months later after we enacted formal action. Ignored all our calls and emails, and during the little communication I could get with them I was treated with more rudeness and dishonesty than I have ever experienced. In particular Deposits Manager Paddy and Leanne consistently treated us with the utmost contempt. Probably some sort of illegal operations behind the scenes. Avoid!

Sarah at Bridgefords has been fantastic in helping us completely renovate and rent out our apartment, after a previous tenant/agency allowed it to fall into a terrible state. She organised and coordinated with multiple contractors and helped us negotiate competitive rates. It was a huge amount of work and as we live overseas we needed to rely on her completely, having built up a relationship of trust over a number of conversations. Sarah then managed the marketing of the flat and within a very short timeframe we now have a new tenant who has been fully vetted. So far I'm quite happy with the experience and the place. Though I feel the only downside is I would have like to know about the damp issue before I got the keys and my viewing was online so it wasn't able to see the damp. But other than that. It's pretty a good experience.
