We understand your concern related to the referencing process Ms Redwood. In order to protect both our tenants and landlords all of our lettings properties are covered by a rent guarantee scheme. This means that all prospective applicants must meet the referencing criteria set by our insurance provider. This is common with all conscientious lettings agencies. We're sorry you decided to withdraw your application as we always do what we can to help our tenants to find suitable properties which they love.
