We used Ashley Would Estate Agent recently when selling our first house. Right from the start it was clear that Ashley and the amazing team (Charlotte, Jess and Sharon) offered a truly personal service, and I can hand on heart say this was the case throughout. With Ashley's knowledge, guidance and advice, the first viewing was arranged within a couple of days of going live. We never thought we would secure an offer as quickly as we did however within a day of Jess holding the first viewing, an offer was made. Once we accepted the offer, Charlotte updated us with news and progress on a weekly basis. Charlotte was proactive in seeking updates from within the chain, ensuring continued progress. While selling our first house and purchasing our forever home, we were also expecting our first child. What they say is two of the most stressful times in someone's life, it was anything but that because of Ashley and the team. Nothing was ever a problem for them and they went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and prompt completion. I cannot recommend Ashley Would Estate Agent highly enough. 5 star service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you for everything you have done for us!

Where do I start we have found our dream home close to family which is all we ever wanted. The whole experience has been lovely and the team here are all so caring it’s been such a lovely experience. Trust was key, it was a significant life decision when we decided we wanted to move. Hand on heart we have no regrets. His marketing is quality, reflected by how swiftly we sold. Ashley is a good all round top guy who really cares and is passionate about what he does. His clearly motivated and invested in 'you' from beginning to the end. What attracted him to us was his warm genuine nature. He stood out for us, with his values, his honest, approachable, accessible, positive, patient perservering and professional. We are looking for our first new home in UK. As the property purchasing rules are totally different from our home country, we find that is difficult and we feel insecure. Megan is really friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful property viewing experience with her. She explained everything clearly and keep in touch with us to follow up the process. I just wanted to see what my house was worth. So one Tuesday afternoon Ashley popped over. He asked a bit about what it is we were looking for and I explained how we'd saw very little that fit the bill. He found us our dream house and had numerous offers on ours in the space of a week. I'd never have dreamt it was possible to get photos, a video, floorplan and advertising done and arrange an open house so quickly. There were more potential buyers than time slots. Throughout the process Ashley was on the ball. Really communicative, helpful and supportive. Our sale didnt end up being simple as sadly the buyers solicitor was awful but Ashley mediated professionally throughout when I just couldnt. He made it so much more bareable than it wouldve been. Before meeting Ashley I dreaded having to work with estate agents. I no longer feel like that. I'm so grateful he was recommended to us. Thank you so much for everything.

Thank you to all at Ashley Would Bespoke Estate Agent. An honest estate agent that acts with the integrity of all customers in mind. We had been looking for our dream home for a very long time and had so many setbacks and challenges to overcome, not to mention the added drama and delays due to the pandemic. Unlike all the other estate agents we’ve dealt with over the last few years (there’s been a lot!), Ash and his team were the most professional, always friendly, and approachable, they really did go the extra mile to make everything align as it needed to and contacted us frequently. We had challenges over our mortgage offer expiring amidst interest rate rises and this added constraints to our chain, everything was dealt with in the best possible way and had this not been the case, I doubt we would be in our very own and beautiful character home today. It’s been 6 weeks since we collected our keys and we are so made up with our home and so very excited about seeing in the seasons this year and enjoying all our home has to offer, indoors and out. We used a high street estate agents for the sale of our house and what a mistake that was . Little to no updates from them and having to chase them if we did get them . Always seeming like it was an inconvenience when we called asking for an update on the sale of our house . We then found the house for us and it was luckily being sold by Ashley . They showed us how an estate agents should be . Ashley and Charlotte were superb with everything they did . Weekly updates and catch ups with how things were going . Always happy to talk you through anything you were unsure on , even when it’s something that was nothing to do with them and our own estate agents should be telling us . If it’s one thing I have learned from our move it’s to never go with a high street branch and choose a small family ran estate agents who love what they are doing and care for everyone involved. I can not thank Ashley , Charlotte and their team enough for how much they have helped us through this process. Highly recommend if you want someone who will go above and beyond to help you sell your house!!

This made sound cliche but I don't really write reviews. However I believe give credit where credit is due, because if it wasn't for Ashley Would Estate Agents I wouldn't have my beautiful home.I had honestly given up on searching for a home. Ashley and his amazing team manage to balance a great level of professionalism with a person centred approach. I'm sure sales and numbers are important it's a business, but that never comes across from Ashley or his team. There is not only reassurance when you have questions, but answers and solutions are found in a timely manner which is essential when buying or selling a property. Weekly updates are provided on the progress of your sale (however Ashley is there in between if needed). You are looked after from the start of the journey until the end. I think we are so used to using well known high street estate agents, but it's not always a safe bet. I honestly would not use a well known high street agent again,(Unless Ashley expands with multiple branches!!) I have used four on separate occasions and Ashley Would Estate Agents level of service has surpassed them all. If you are thinking of buying or selling I highly recommend you contact Ashley.

Choosing Ashley Would Estate Agents Halesowen was by far the best choice we made when selling our old home. Their proactive approach meant that our house sold faster than we could have imagined and, they made sure the process was moving forwards week by week. If I could give Ash more that five stars I would ! He provided an outstanding service from first point of contact. Without hesitation he travelled to my grandparents in Kidderminster to start the sale of their property. They felt so at ease with Ash that they did not have any other estate agent value their property. We used Ashley’s services after our previous agent produced very few leads or viewings. Within a weekend Ashley had arrange a dozen or so viewings and an offer within a few days. Each time we had a vendor pull out Ashley was there to pick us up and provide another batch of potential vendors.
