Ashley Would was recommended to me by a friend and I liked their approach to marketing my property in the first instance. Jess gave me great support through the process of selling my house. I especially liked having a weekly update, even when there was nothing much to report. It was good to hear from her and know she was monitoring the conveyancing process. I had lived in my house for over 40 years, so everything had changed since then. Jess made it all much less stressful for me. I would certainly recommend them to anyone wanting sell a property in the area.

The Team were extremely friendly and caring. They were professional from start to finish (valuation, arranging and carrying out viewings, giving advice and to the final completion). Sharon in particular, went beyond and above in her care and support for us (the most outstanding member of the Team) and Jess was brilliant in carrying out the viewing and with constant feedback. My mother recently bought and sold through Ashley Would. They were professional and supportive throughout, even though it turned out to be a considerably longer journey than any of us had anticipated. The use of Watsapp to communicate meant I was involved and therefore able to support my mother. The weekly updates were very welcome, we never felt we were chasing a response. Even though we hope to leave real estate behind us for a very long time now (!) if we ever were to sell it would be with Ashley Would. Shout out to Jess. Thanks for everything.

Would highly recommend to anyone wanting an estate agent who is highly involved, friendly and proactive. Jess offered us weekly updates on the property sale and purchase from all areas of the chain which made dealing with the purchase and move much smoother. While solicitors were being somewhat slower on replying, Jess made sure she was responding in a timely manner and anyone going through a purchase or sale understands the value of communication in a time when it can’t feel somewhat radio silent. Definitely would use again in the future and a huge thank you to Jess and the team for their help.

Well I have to start off by saying thank you to Ashley and his team! From start to finish the experience and service me and my family have had from the team has been great! We were recommended Ashley from friends and we weren’t disappointed Asher and his team had our house sold within a few weeks of it being on the market. Once it had sold Jess was in constant communication with us giving us weekly updates and answering any of our questions along the way (even when we thought they might be silly questions) Jess or Sharron answered them for us in a timely manner. Towards the end of our chain Jess and everyone at there end were helping chasing everyone to get the completion together. A special thanks to Ashley himself who actually had to help us physically move on the day due to being let down by a moving company. Again great service from the very start to the very end! Ashley and the team sold a property for us a week or so ago and were great right from the start. Ashley came out for the initial consultation discussed his approach and the property in detail and advised on a price he felt the property could sell for. He was honest and fair. We decided to proceed based on the consultation, the photos and advert were fantastic. We received offers at the higher end of Ashley’s valuation and throughout the sale process Jess and the team kept us updated on the sale process and kept pushing to ensure we completed at a time that suited us. The communication and support was fantastic not only on our sale but also our onward purchase (which was with another agent), Jess would get updated on this weekly and helped again to get this over the line. BESPOKE by name bespoke by nature! No other local estate agency or EXP rep comparable! The experience we have had with Ashley and his wonderful team has made the process of selling effortless. Having not sold a property before I had lots of questions throughout the whole process before, during and beyond completion. The team were informative, helpful, accessible and nothing was too much trouble. I was never made to feel like my question was silly and the system of using what’s app chats allows you to receive timely updates and access the team 24/7. Messages are read and responded to so quickly within working hours and beyond. Having viewed property with other local agents (including exp reps) they could learn a lot about client experience and effective communication and admin from Ashley’s outstanding team! I will continue to recommend anyone who is considering selling or even having their house valued as a starting point to use Ashley’s services. After finding a property we loved that Ashley and his team were selling we needed to put our house on the market quickly. The whole team were amazing whenever we interacted with them on the purchase or the selling of the properties from negotiations to handling any worries or queries we had. They were really great at interacting with our children and helping them feel excited about the move. As with all house exchanges there were a few last minute teething problems that caused a bit of stress but throughout it all Jess was cool, calm, collected and guided us through so the exchange took place on the date we all wanted. After a false start with an estate agent, Ashley Would was recommended to us by a relative asking just to speak with him. We then had a face to face and he resumed our faith in proceeding to sell our home of 33 years, daunting to say the least. A really good service very pleased with how we were being updated weekly. Unlike some other estate agents we came across we have not crossed a better one than Ashley Would, they kept us in the loop at all times. Other estate agents, we had to do the work ourselves and get into contact with them to ask what is happening, however Charlotte kept updating us without us having to put pressure on them. When she was not available she made sure that her colleague Jess kept us in the loop at all times. Did not disappoint at all, the estate agents did a better job than our solicitor’s who never told us what was happening. We were quite frustrated with the solicitor’s however if we needed to we knew we could message on WhatsApp and know that we would receive a message on the same day. It is quite stressful enough as it is and everyone being busy but it helps knowing that you can rely on the agents to step in. Even at the end Charlotte and Jess kept chasing the solicitor’s up to make sure everything was done before completion and we finally got there in the end. Need more reliable estate agents like Ashley Would! If we ever need to sell a property we will be sure to contact this family business again. I cannot thank Ashley and his team enough for their extreme professionalism from start to finish. Ashley was recommended to us and instantly impressed with his open and honest approach. He gave advice regarding marketing and we sold quickly as a result. However it was the regular and towards the end of completion , hourly contact that was really appreciated and important to us. Charlotte chased solicitors , updated us with news and next steps and made the experience less stressful as a result of her thorough and persistent nature. Jess and Sharon were also instrumental in the sale and keeping us updated in the months before completion. As a family business we felt there was a genuine investment in our sale and ongoing journey to completion. This is our fourth move but I have never experienced such an outstanding service before. Well what can I say about Ashley and his team! From the moment we met Ashley, he made us feel at ease and comfortable and we were in our own home! The Whats App group set up really helped us to contact the team and we had weekly (and eventually daily) updates and all parties were chased without us having to do any of the work! Sharon made me feel relaxed when I was concerned about allowing random strangers into own home and clearly sold our house very well!! We had 8 offers 2 days later! Charlotte was amazing!! Throughout the whole experience, there were A LOT of issues but with Charlotte's support, advice and care she dealt with everything professionally, calmly and quickly - she probably went above and beyond what she needed to do so we thank you very much :) I would highly recommend Ashley and the team and thank them all for their hard work and dedication in helping our house move go as smoothly as it can! I’ve used Ashley twice now and the service he and his team provide just keeps getting better. Selling and buying is extremely daunting, but Sharon put me at ease immediately, keeping me updated with viewings and regular, friendly feedback and Charlotte was just fantastic from the moment we agreed sale. Regular weekly updates, liaising with solicitors so that I didn’t have to really helped. We had some minor bumps along the way and Charlotte was just fabulous and so understanding of our circumstances, I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Although we weren’t lucky enough to find our dream home through Ashley, viewings that we did have with them, Jess was a wonderful and knowledgeable member of the team. We used Ashley Would Estate Agent recently when selling our first house. Right from the start it was clear that Ashley and the amazing team (Charlotte, Jess and Sharon) offered a truly personal service, and I can hand on heart say this was the case throughout. With Ashley's knowledge, guidance and advice, the first viewing was arranged within a couple of days of going live. We never thought we would secure an offer as quickly as we did however within a day of Jess holding the first viewing, an offer was made. Once we accepted the offer, Charlotte updated us with news and progress on a weekly basis. Charlotte was proactive in seeking updates from within the chain, ensuring continued progress. While selling our first house and purchasing our forever home, we were also expecting our first child. What they say is two of the most stressful times in someone's life, it was anything but that because of Ashley and the team. Nothing was ever a problem for them and they went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and prompt completion. I cannot recommend Ashley Would Estate Agent highly enough.
