GoogleThe best real estate company I have dealt with. Very professional, experienced and helpful responsive agents helped us find a new rental in Hale. Sophie arranged a viewing instantly after providing an expression of interest and we managed to view the property a few hours later. She then managed to quickly secure the property for us the next day! The agents also provided us with a nice gift pack on our move in date, welcoming us to the area which was a nice touch. Highly recommend.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate your feedback. We always strive to provide professional and transparent service to all our clients. However, some matters, particularly those related to landlord decisions, are unfortunately beyond our control. A Deposit on a tenancy is between landlord and tenant therefore we do not have the authority to return a deposit without the landlords consent, we acknowledge how frustrating this can be as a tenant when you are looking forward to receiving your deposit back. I have reviewed the correspondence between our team and yourselves and do not feel out team were in anyway unprofessional, disrespectful or dishonest to you, the delays were communicated with you and our team corresponded they were doing all they could to get this issue between yourselves and your landlord resolved. We take all feedback onboard whether that be positive or negative and will always work with our teams to ensure we are doing all we can to provide a professional and conscientious service, I can only apologise if you feel the standards were not met on this occasion.

GoogleThe Altrincham property market can be a depressing place at times, as you keep increasing your budget and still don’t necessarily get what you want! But I can honestly say that Hibbert Homes made the experience of buying in the area as seamless and clear as it could be. The communication was open, honest and timely. Will from Hibbert Homes kept us bang up to date on progress, gave us good advice throughout and played an active role in getting our purchase over the line. GoogleWe recently sold an apartment with Hibbert Homes, despite challenging market conditions they managed to find a cash buyer within a few weeks. The process was made seamless by Claudia, Adrian and Jackie, they were excellent from start to finish. Nothing was too much for them and we would recommend them to anyone.

GoogleI've rented with plenty of places before and never been charged upon departure. Spent hours cleaning and they still tried to charge hundreds of pounds. They have to be chased for updates constantly as they never get back to you or send a holding response. They tell you things which are later revealed to be untrue. Went three weeks without heating or hot water over Christmas! They do quarterly inspections where I raised issues which were never addressed. Very poor overall.
