I've got to give review for Hibbert sales having already given Hibbert lettings a 5 star review previously. Fiona in sales has been absolutely amazing! She was proactive in keeping both parties updated and communicating with solicitors. She went above and beyond to help make the sale go through as planned and I cannot thank her enough. Hibbert Homes have got some of the most professional, conscientious staff I've ever known in an agency. Outstanding.

I was impressed at how quick and easy the initial valuation was but even more impressed with the quality and angles of the photo's Will took. I did contact a competitor of theirs and the photo's were awful.. Great quality photo's are so important when selling your house and Hibbert Homes hit that mark. Claudia and the team at Hibbert Homes were great too and I would use them again, most definitely. The sale process took quite a while but this wasn't the fault of Hibbert Homes, in fact they were very proactive....All the staff were very helpful and courteous and I would highly recommend them.

After experiencing a living nightmare for the last few months trying to find a suitable rental property (and having one fall through one week before we were due to move in), I truly was at my wits end when I finally found our perfect home with Hibbert Homes! Sophie Booth has been lovely and really accommodating throughout the process of getting our rental sorted. We have only just moved in but I am delighted at the attention to detail and how good of a condition the property is in. In my experience, rentals are usually a second thought for estate agents (which I understand as obviously they aren’t as lucrative as property purchases) but we’ve felt really looked after and thought about which has just been so nice, especially at such a stressful time. We even got a little box of treats when we picked up the keys, which I thought was such a thoughtful touch. I hope to buy my own first property in the near future and would definitely look at Hibbert Homes as I know I can trust them!
