There have never been problems getting repairs done or answering any questions we may have, even during the pandemic. GoogleUnprofessional, judgemental and rude. They think they are doing everyone else a favour when they have lost out on tennant's that have been asked to stay by landlords due to their excellent track record. Their criteria changes depending on how they feel too. Your loss. And on another note your are just letting agents... You can't talk down to tennant's when they clearly earn more money than you.
It is difficult for me to respond to specific details of your complaint without knowing your name or further information about the matter. However, your post reads as if you failed an application to rent one of my clients properties. It is true that different Landlords have different criteria and some Landlords do not want us booking viewings without their prior approval. I can assure you that all applicants are asked the same initial questions so every application starts on an even footing. Nevertheless, I am sorry if you feel that we did not communicate this clearly or courteously.

I have been a tenant with Roland Dunn for 15 years and I have to say I couldn’t have wished for a better landlord. They’re always so quick to respond to any issues that may come up, always thoughtful, helpful and understanding. The whole team make you feel special and cared for along with being professional and knowledgeable. I for one have never been happier as a tenant than I have been with Roland Dunn.

YellTerrible Agency
I contacted this agency via email to request some information. I was met immediately with a "We do not do x y and z over email" and was given a number to call. I was busy working so asked a friend to call to ask for more information but he was dismissed very quickly and my friend was told "I wont speak to you i want to speak to xx" , after my friend explained he was doing me a favour because i was busy Tina (the individual that emailed and answered the phone) then said "well what do you want to know" he explained if he could have some information about 2 bed properties etc and was met with "Well no im not doing that we dont do that anymore" . Extremely unprofessional, by far the worst agency or person in general that i have corresponded with. If you have any form of self respect, do not use this agency.
