I’ve had a really positive experience with Roland Dunn Sales & Lettings from start to finish. From initially viewing the property through to completing the application and moving in, the whole process was straightforward and well organised. Communication was always clear, friendly and professional, and whenever I had a question or needed anything, the team were quick to help. The property was presented accurately in the advert and the 360 tour was really useful before arranging a viewing. Everything was exactly as expected when I saw the property in person, which gave me a lot of confidence in the agency. I’m really happy with my new home and would have no hesitation recommending Roland Dunn Sales & Lettings to anyone looking to rent a property. A friendly, professional and reliable team throughout.

Just to add since moving in I’ve had numerous quite significant issues at the property and at times I’ve been made to feel as if I was a nuisance asking for these to be sorted. The after service unfortunately hasn’t been as pleasing as the original service before I moved in which is disappointing. Ihave been dealing with the team at Roland Dunn over the past few weeks as I have just started to rent a property from them. The whole process from viewing to getting the keys has been professional, really easy, stress free and I’ve been made to feel at ease. Any queries have been answered promptly and I haven’t felt afraid to ask. I got a lovely card and a welcome pack which is a lovely idea and my little sausage dog Doris has been made to feel just as welcome as I have. I would highly recommend Roland Dunn for anyone looking to rent or buy a property.

Roland Dunn sales & lettings are a sales estate agent who is undoubtedly a cut above the rest in the local area! 😊 We felt compelled to share our review because the service we received from Roland, Debbie and Tina was simply the best we've ever experienced. I got my new home just in time for Christmas thanks to Tina, and the wonderful staff at Roland Dunn Sales & Lettings. There were a few hurdles to get across the finish line, but Tina worked diligently and was determined to get myself and my two children in our new home for the festive season, for which I will be forever grateful. We also received a very warm welcome and special gift on move-in day, and Tina has been extremely helpful with any questions and making sure the house is up to date with any normal maintenance issues. We have rented for around 6 years with you and in those years we have had nothing but absolute joy. During our time we have had 0 issues but have always stayed in contact if there were to be any property issues or flat inspections which never felt invasive. Professional and Friendly Simply the best. If you have the pleasure of using Roland Dunn’s Estate agency you will meet Debbie and Tina. They are polite friendly and efficient. Selling my mother’s Home with Probate took over 18 months. We have recently bought our first home and this was through Roland Dunn who helped make the process smooth, quick and stress-free! We had no idea what the process was, but Debbie who first showed us around the property (on her day off!) was there to answer all questions we had and help with any queries about the property. Nothing was too much hassle and both Debbie and Tina, who showed us around the property for our 3rd viewing, gave us a lot of information and helpful people's details like locksmiths etc, have been so kind and helpful throughout the process. We've sailed through and completed in 5 weeks which is unheard of! Thank you for making our first time buyer journey such a fun and enjoyable one rather than a negative one which you hear so much about! They are all lovely there and we would definitely deal with the team here again. I honestly cannot recommend the team at Roland Dunn enough! I previously rented through them for several years before moving on when I found a property that was closer to work. A few years later, my circumstances changed and the property I was living in unfortunately became unsafe for me. I went into the Roland Dunn office to see if they had anything suitable available, and they couldn't have been more helpful. I viewed a property there and then, and within a week I had been accepted and was arranging my move-in date! I'm now living in a beautiful flat in a much safer area, and I genuinely couldn't be happier. The whole team have been amazing throughout the process and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel so much easier. My experience from first viewing the house until I picked up my keys from their office was exceptional especially after having many bad experiences with other Estate Agents. I was in communication with Debbie and Tina throughout the process. They were very professional, quick to respond to my emails and phone calls, with genuine care, understanding and friendliness. Debbie went above and beyond to help the sale go through quicker, without her help, I am sure I would not have the keys to my new house now!
