Buyer beware! I bought a house in Burton Latimer and I have had no end of problems with the boiler. It is unreliable and budget option. Once moved in a contracts exchanged Orbit want nothing to do with it. After reading more of these reviews I can now see why. They are an awful company!

Yet another waste of time ringing Orbit Customer service, apart from not being able to get through for an unacceptable time, when you do eventually get through the service you receive is absolutely awful. What a shambles of a Housing Association.
